    I'm back .......... and I'm 4lb lighter :j :j
Puddings at least the thought was there with the gym ! I'm loving the sticky stars idea. I'd do it slightly differently though. I'd have said calendar upstairs ( NO !!! I know what you're all thinking you rude lot !!!! ) I'd have it upstairs ONLY so that I had to keep going up to put said stars on, hence using more calories going up and down the stairs :rotfl: .

Tee hee! I don't have any stairs....and well done on the loss!!!
Ah well, I maintained this week but it's my star week think I will be back on track next week.

I am bad at being cheeky and not following as closely as I can so I think I need to give myself some kind of incentive, non food related! What do you think?

I think doing 6lb in 5 weeks will require me to be more dedicated than I have been so far, need a lot of encouragement from you lovely people :)

Well done on the STS - great motivation around here at the mo!

    Welcome shoes!

So far so good - I'm in a meeting all day (currently on a break) so no snacking for me..!
Really should be doing some work...

Mmmm I've just had a Tesco Light Choices ready meal (queen of ready meals at the mo I'm afraid) I had the chicken, root veg and dumplings in gravy and it was DELICIOUS!

Just thought you should know ;-)

Discovered the Oats so Simple sachets last night in tesco so have found somethigs else for breakfast other than wheatabix.

Have to do my wii fit later and need to make a no point mushroom soup.

You know you could just use normal porridge, not so different really I don't think :) I used to use a small mug of oats and then 2 mugs of water or one of water and one of milk, mix and add in any honey, cinnamon etc and whack in the microwave with a big enough bowl for it to expand. I watch it like a hawk because the number of times I manage to overflow custard, porridge etc is ridiculous.

Venus 1978, good going, you've done really well, hope it translates into a good loss for you, come back and tell us!

Fran-o, wow, impressive stuff walking at lunch time, and I totally love falafels!

Hey to everyone else, hope you're having a good day! I had a bagel earlier which was delish and I am looking forward to my soup for lunch with a bread roll, I try and leave lunch as long as possible so that I can last my afternoon a little better, always have a 3:30 snack though :)
