Lose Weight 34

66.8 kg today, that's - 0.1 kg from a week ago. As is normal, I keep bouncing about down a bit, up a bit, but the general trajectory is down. This converts to 10 stones 7 pounds and a whisker.
Going to LA Fitness today for water aerobics, that's if they've got the pool sorted out. When I went there yesterday for the gym, the pool wasn't open. I didn't go to the pool on Monday but will hope to go today and Friday. If they haven't got the chlorination sorted out they'll phone round.

At the physio with my frozen shoulder yesterday. Been awake half the night in pain and now sitting in agony with ice packs on it - hoping it's a case of getting worse before it gets better.
- 1 1/2 lb loss for me this week please Fred.
Not sure whether you saw this last week -
There are a few glitches on the tables - I don't seem to be on the weekly weigh in chart. In case you missed it I lost 1lb this week. Could you add that to my total for next week.
If you haven't already done so could you add last weeks -1lb to the chart as well. I think my total weight loss is now 35 lb.
Cheers Jess

Thanks Caz and Victory!
I'm an STS this week... which suits me just fine, lol. I'm actually quite pleased (and amazed!) that I've managed an STS after the night out on sat and takeaway on my actual birthday.
Congratulations to all the losers this week! :T0 -
+3lbs for me this week. Although i didnt actually weigh in last week so this gain is over a 2 week period.
Need to get back into the swing of things, why did i move to a place with a greggs just up the road.dohPAD Maker0 -
My scales ran out of batteries a couple of days ago so I haven't been able to weigh myself since then and I had lost 0.5lb but I have been to two meals out since then (leaving do) so I will put myself as STS as I am sure I must have put at least the 0.5lb back on.0

Not getting things right at the moment....went to the gym yesterday and had a good workout. Felt I worked hard and I actually pushing myself.

Hi
FS - Thank you for the chart - I will follow it from now on. I also walked to town and back today.
Now the bad news. I've put on 1lb (13st 5lb). But I've been watching all the stuff on the tele today about diet and illness and I have to do this as I am obese (horrible word isn't it?) and need to take this seriously, though I suspect it's going to be the scenic route.
Very well done to the losers and and onwards and upwards to everybody else.August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -

Hi & welcome to our lovely thread
The way to do it I think is in baby steps and a day at a time.
Break your weight loss into little goals
ie first 1/2 sone, first stone, down into next stone ect
