Good morning, it sounds like you had a lovely Sunday.
I spent Sunday spoiling my Goddaughter, she is only 16 weeks and such a good baby.
This morning I went for a run, only 10 mins, I'm not much of a runner it doesn't come naturally to me. I've noticed lately I'm becoming very wheezy after a run, this morning was the worst by far. I've made an appointment with the doctors. There is a medicine you can get that opens your airways (I've had it before).
Can you add on 4.5 miles please
Sounds like you might have a touch of asthma. This is often aggrevated by the cold weather. Although I haven't had to use my inhalers very much lately in the past have always needed them more in the cold weather.0 -
Can I join please. Sept 12 I weighed in at 18st 5lbs. I am currently weighing in at 17st 1lb. I am not actually on a diet on purpose but when my DD left for Uni I had to reduce my shopping bill and I looked online for the Recommended daily amounts for protein, carbs and veg with the result that I have lost almost 20 lbs.0

Hi everyone
Sorry I forgot to post last week, Fred - I lost 1.8lbs last week, and this week it's a STS.
I'm really struggling with this time of year - I just want to eat everything, and move as little as possible. I'm so hungry all the time0 -
Hi
Fredsnail - yes, please could you email me the spreadsheet, sounds more straightforward then faffing around with email addresses.
On Sunday I did the whole Davina DVD and yesterday I walked to town and back.
So I need to set myself something for today so I will do 5 lots of 15 sit-ups before the day is out. (I can't actually sit up but you know what I mean!)August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0 -
Thanks Beanie!
Well no exercise as of yet, but I have spent the day on my feet sorting out the house, so lots of bending and lifting and running up and down the stairs .
Eaten pretty well today... apart from the smoked salmon binge earlier- I'm going to have to stop buying it as I really can't resist! Probably a gain for me tomorrow after all of that salt! Oh well, at least it will only be temporary.
Right, best get back to it...0 -
Happy belated birthday Lolly and welcome outtawork.
I know how you feel WoT, it's so cold I just want to eat all the time and I cant bring myself to drink water at this time of year, just lots of tea to warm me up. I'm taking a little break form the weight lost unitl after Christmas, I am just going to maintain until then. I've lost my dieting mojo. This by no means that I am going back to my old habits of gorbing at night, just not going to count every calorie. I have a fair idea of what is healthy now and about portion control to know when to stop.
