BMI is now healthy! Woo-hoo!
Now all I have to do is to maintain my weight, which is were I have repeatedly failed in the past.....
Do you want me to move you to the maintainers part of the chart?0 -
I have been away for a week and have eaten all sorts of stuff that have been off my list for 18 months
going out for meals and eating at other peoples houses is a pain but to be honest it was a little bit of a change. So as I am late back I am not going to weigh myself this week and see what the damage is in 7 days. So Fred can you put me down this week as a STS thank you :A
Also can I add my final exercise to this months challenge.
25/11/2011 60 min walking
26/11/2011 180 min walking
28/11/2011 120 min walking
29/11/2011 300 min walking
30/11/2011 120 min climbing
So I have done lots of exercise but I feel that my jeans are feeling not as comfortable as before that might have been the bread and carbs I have eaten.
Minniethemoocher - congrats on making target and good luck with maintenance, hope you mange to be more stable than me :rotfl:
Jess - well done on moving from obese that is such a nice feeling
:T
Well done on all the other losses and everyone who completed their November challenge :T:T:TRestarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

Congratulations to our SoTW Angry Bear and our SoTM World_of_tights
Well done to all our losers and STSers this week and commiserations to our gainers - keep plodding and we'll get there as no road is without bumps and corners.
Well done to Beanielou for achieving this months 5lb challenge. If you want to participate in next months 5lb challenge please post below.
Here's the final chart for the firework challenge:
Next months challenge teams will be Snowmen/women, Santa, Rudolph, or Humbugs. If you want to take part please let me know which team you wish to join and I'll contact you if I need your starting weight.
Here's the final chart for the Thanksgiving challenge:
Congratulations to everyone who took part.
Next month there are 2 challenges running:
An Advent calendar one - you must send me a private message containing your email address so I can give you access to the logger where each challenge will be posted daily. You should post that you have completed the challenge on each day.
To get you started the challenge for the 1st December is 10 heel raises 5 times during the day.
The second challenge is Santa's travels:
Enter your hometown in this website:
http://www.freemaptools.com/how-far-does-santa-have-to-travel.htm and divide the total by 100 (or more if you wish to do less). Then post the number of miles you will be exercising for me to log on the chart. You can use any exercise that you wish for this challenge.
This weeks quote is from

Thanks Fred, I have PM'd you my email address for the Advent Challenge. I would also like to do the 5 lb challenge again this month - not sure how acheivable it is over Christamas, but I will try. Also, put me down for the Ruddolf Team.
There are a few glitches on the tables - I don't seem to be on the weekly weigh in chart. In case you missed it I lost 1lb this week. Could you add that to my total for next week.
Also you seem to have me down as completing 45 hours of excercise this month instead of 15 hrs 30 min - I wish :rotfl:0 -
Heres a question.
Does being cold burn more calories?
I am trying to think where I read it only this week, but the answer was 'yes'. It said go for a walk when its cold. I think it might have been the Rosemary Conley magazineLoved our trip to the West Coast USA. Death Valley is the place to go!0 -
Hi
Fredsnail, Thank you for the tables and I've PM'd you for the advent challenge. I would like to join the 5lb challenge please, I'm still 13st 4lb. If I could lose 5lb in December I would be under 13st which would be fantastic. I think Christmas makes me a bit fatalist but wouldn't it be great to buck the trend and lose in December?
Well done to everybody, I'm treading water a bit at the moment...August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0
