Well done jess I knew you could do it.
I've been slipping food wise. Some junk is starting to slip in, I need to stop this. I'm half way through my weight loss and I think this is what is making me become complacent towards food. I certainly don't want to go back to my old habits.
A -0.5lb loss for me fred and 1 hour 30 mins exercise.
Exercise is so hard at this time of year, it's so cold, wet and windy. Only for me having a dog, I honestly don't know wether I would go out at all!LBM 04/10:j

I'm logging -3lb (loss) and 9hrs for the last two weeks. Worryingly, that's better than many weeks when I was going full-tilt. Hmm, maybe I've been overdoing it a bit? :undecided
