  • I feel like eating EVERYTHING right now - going to tesco and just buying all the junk that I can find.

I also cannot motivate myself to exercise, even though I really, really need to.

What is wrong with me at the moment? :(
  • 0.5lb loss for me this week. Pretty pathetic but at least its heading in the right direction again.

  • Hey all,

I've not posted a lot this week, no particular reason but I'm back at work after a week off and trying to get into the swing of things.

Can I post 2 hrs of exercise to add to my total?

Weighed in today and had a STS. Back at the gym tomorrow morning, I think my diet obviously needs further work :-(

To be honest, I'm fed up of my own excuses now.

I've been exactly the same, I think it's the dark and the cold :(

I'm really trying to force myself to be reasonably good but am severely lacking in motivation.

Thank you for the charts Fredsnail.

On Thursday I did half an hours mowing, proper mowing with a totally useless handmower but it was pretty good exercise.
Yesterday I walked to town and back so another hour.

It is a strange thing to suggest to everyone on here that is trying to loose weight but feels they could eat everything they see and are struggling to keep it in check is to have one day, just one day not every day just one where you allow yourself your fav foods and let go for one day, it tells your mind that you are not constantly depriving yourself that you are able to keep it in check but also you feel better because for that one day you have had lovely things you enjoy but know you shouldn't have and knowing you can have it and enjoy it does not make it such a struggle to keep on track all the other days:D

  • 1 hour bike ride for me today. We were actually out for 2 hours, but as it was an organised ride, and we kept stopping and starting, I will count just 1 hour.
