Hi Fred sorry i've went awol its Occy's fault though in a good way .My weight went back up to 16 8 even with the exercise being upped however on one of her posts she suggested MFP well i am now 16 3 so thankss occy I was eating way under calorie wise and protien so I'm a happy Bunny.
Exercise fred 6 hrs in the last 2 weeks.

    Glad I could help :-)

Now this is a shock for me, the first time I have posted a gain:

    FS: 1lb Gain

A few things (excuses) spring to mind, last week I was surprised by a big loss, maybe that was not a sustainable loss so on average over last 2 weeks I have lost 1lb approx a week, also had a big night out last Thursday so that didn't help, finally I caught a cold but not sure if that effects weigh lost or not.

Anyway current weight is the target wieght I had in mind so I will not add any more calories to my diet for this week, unless I lose lots by the weekend, and see what happens.

Another -1lb (loss) for me and 5 hrs to the challenge, thanks Fred :kisses3:.

I'm getting really frustrated at how slowly things are moving (although intellectually I know that slowly is best). I'm finding it really hard to keep my motivation up, I really struggled to get 5 hrs exercise done this week and I had been originally aiming for 8hrs. Anyone got any tips on keeping the motivation going?

Sorry to hear that beanie, hope tomorrow is a better day :)

Fred - back from climbing so can I log

    10/11/11 Walking 300mins
    13/11/11 walking 240mins
    15/11/11 Jogging 30mins
    16/11/11 Climbing 120mins

    Hope that makes sense?

For some strange reason when I weighed this week although I had lost a few oz's my body fat% had increased by 3% Now I have not been really bad or eating anything fatty ...... so I am really confused

Anyway I am still loving the indoor wall climbing and it really is pushing me to my limits. Still not fully helping the Bingo wings but I can still hope and pray :D

Need to make more effort now to try and loose a few extra pounds before the christmas party season as I have seen a lovely dress I want to wear but am a little too shy to at the moment :o
