Another 1 hour for me please fred.
I had a chanllenging evening, but enjoyable, this evening. I was invited to my daughters Brownie's group so the Brownies could serve us tea and lots and lots of buns and cakes that they had baked themselves. And how could I say no? All these little girls were so proud to serve us their treats. Luckly I hadn't had dinner so I don't think too much damage has been done.
I haven't any ideas for an exercise challenge, I'm not very imaginative, but I will mull it over.LBM 04/10:j

Can you all get your thinking caps on for team and exercise challenge for next month?
Thanks
Just a thought, but could we do some kind of advent calendar, with a small challenge for each day? eg, Day 1 - Do 10 squats everytime you go into your kitchen, Day 2 - Climb xxx stairs, Day 3 - Do 10 star jumps everytime you visit the bathroom and so on ... We could all suggest an exercise to add to the calender.
I suppose the difficulty with this would be making it suitable for everyone - so not sure it would work??

Ooohhhhh!!! I LOVE that idea!!! :T (especially the star jumps bit!). We always seem to have a 'back up plan' for people who can't do certain challenges, and usually have alternative options, so I'm sure it's do-able
. It will also be great to have something new everyday so we won't get bored, or lose motivation... (as I tend to do!
).

Morning.
An STS for me this week please FS.
Did another half hour walking on Monday so exercise is 17hr 10 mins. I want to meet my exercise target this month but I can see I'm running out of days!
And can I drop out of the team challenge, probably until January, as I'm being rubbish!

67.3 kg today, that's - 0.2 kg from last week.
However, it's not really a success. I've been bouncing about at that level for about a month now.
