Really enjoyed the Bootcamp session this morning - sun was shining and out in the fresh air - great!

45 min Bootcamp followed by 30 min brisk walk along the beach afterwards. So a total of 1 hr 15 min for me today.

Seem to be getting a bit of control back in terms of what I am eating - 5 days without any bread or cake and cravings have gone. :j

    Hey all!

FS Add 30 mins (2.75miles) running to challenge total for this month.

Body fat% scale working better, found it is consistent if I wet my feet, better electrical contact I guess, anyway 18.4%

Hi all, I 've had rather an indulgent weekend, a chinese on Friday night and an Indian last night, but the scales aren't showing a disaster so I'm happy. I'm just getting ready to go out for a long walk with my pooch so can you add on 1hour 30 mins please fred.

Back to the healthy eating today. My mindset has definatley changed, I don't see a treat as a failure anymore, before I would have just given up. Instead today I just want to get back to healthy eating and try to flush the toxins out.

Hope everybody has a lovely Sunday

Forgot to post STS but see you put me as STS anyway so thank you:D

Been making gingerbread men, trying to ice them lovely for xmas presents but failing miserably, hate the smell of cinammon and ginger and nutmeg yuck and as for the icing not very diabetic friendly so don't know why I bothered choosing them as the home made gift option:rotfl::rotfl::rotfl:

First time since the day I was diagnosed as being a diabetic have I allowed golden syrup in the house and to be honest it makes me very nervous, I keep washing my hands like I have OCD:rotfl::rotfl: the icing is so so bad it looks like a 5 year old made them:rotfl:
