3.2lbs off this week - thanks, Fred!
It was really interesting to read everyone's experiences with loose skin - it's something I'm really owrried about. I ordered the clarisonic at the weekend, and thought it might also be useful to try out on my tummy/arms etc. since it's a body brush and exfoliator in one.
I have been reading through the archives of this blog: http://pastaqueen.com/blog/archives/ - I really identify with the girl writing it and it is definitely good motivation0 -

Hi Guys,
May I please join you guys? I was with you last year for a while and managed to go down to 10 stone ( happy days )
I put some of it back on ( some hahaha) gradually in 9 months - So I was 11.9.6
9 days ago, I started a diet ( properly ) and lost 6 lbs first week...
I think I need a bit of help to be motivated although I really like the diet that I do right now...
Next step would be excercise - but my mind is not with it yet I am afraid .Don't forget smiling:):)

STS this week. Really seem to have hit a plateau at the moment. Hmm.. not sure what to do, maybe I need to change my approach, but I like eating low carb, it just doesn't seem to be shedding the pounds at the moment. Any advice on how to shift those last pesky 5lbs?0

45 mins yesterday bootcamp, but good grief it was bitterly cold. Had to scrap ice of the car before driving to the park (first time this Winter) as was totally unprepared and had no de-icer.DFW Nerd 1394.

Today, 67.4 kg. That's - 0.2 kg down on a week ago.
I've joined LA Fitness locally. They have water aerobics on 3 days of the week. I'm going there this morning. Where I've been going to aqua-aerobics, the changing facilities are a bit primitive, a lot of big people all trying to get changed together, no privacy in the showers, then you get the pre-school children and their mums rushing in before you've much chance to get out. The facilities at LA Fitness are much more professional.

Welcome back, Want to be free! :jEven a tiny bit of excercise can make a big difference.
I definitely agree with that. I've eaten so much this week, but have been doing at least 15 mins exercise a day, and not even really tough exercise, and I've still lost a little this week!
I've lost about 1/2 lb (which is great as I was expecting a gain!), but it's not taken me down to the next lb on the Wii chart so I'm going to declare an STS to avoid confusion next week. I've also got some exercise to add, but willl have to check the time on my bike and add it later.
My assignment's due in today (:j:eek::j) not quite finished, but should be done before midnight!Really looking forward to this week as I've been chained to the laptop for over a week now and I'm looking forward to being a bit more active! Going to carry on with the decluttering, which should keep me busy, and hopefully burn a few cals
.

Bit disappointed to report a 1lb gain this week.
It's probably eating a bit too much and perhaps half-term's inactivity catching up with me a bit - anyway, no excuses eh? I know I feel much better!
Another 2 hour and 45 mins walking/swimming yesterday and today so total is now 9hr 25mins.
Hope everybody's having a good week.August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.0
