Is 1220 calories enough for you if you are excercising Elly - you don't want to go into 'starvation mode'.

50 min walk for me today please Fred. Thanks.

    Hey Everyone,

Well I've had an awful weekend foodwise :(.
I've been so stressed out with an assignment that's due next week (and DS2 just WILL NOT let me get on with it! lol!) that I've been snacking on everything in sight. I realised a while back that I always eat when I'm stressed, but haven't really managed to change the habit. Not sure what I could do that would help when I'm in that situation. Normally I would take myself away from the food and get on with something, or get on the bike for a bit - which does help, but when I'm working on an essay I haven't got the time to go off and do something else. Hmmm.

Anyway, on a more positive note... I did 15 mins 'crazy dancing' with DS2 yesterday, 30 mins free step on fri, and am on the bike now - I'm trying to make up for the eating a bit so am not getting off until I've done an hour. Will add the 45 mins now, and update later for the bike.

Is the 1hr 40 the total for the day or in addition to the amount posted above?

Hit the sugar free gum when you're doing your assignment - you'll soon get out of the habit.

Ooh, thanks for that, I'll try it tomorrow (the assignment won't be finished until wed :(). May help me smoke less too :) I'll usually smoke 6-7 a day, but when assignment time comes it goes up to about 15 a day :o.

The exercise is in addition to the other amount :D. Also got another 20 mins to add today :)

    Hi

Didn't manage to do any exercise on Saturday in the end but I did do my my trusty Davina DVD on Sunday and yesterday, in it's entirety. I'd got a bit fed up of it before but it definitely gives my muscles a going over in the way the walking and swimming doesn't (really got my shoulders this time!).

Eaten a bit too much again but will have a good day today and go for a swim.

The DVD is an hour so another 2 hrs to add please FS.
August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.

35 min treadmill and 20 swim this morning, so a total of 55 min for me today please Fred.

Had my blood pressure taken this morning and it is down again - must be doing something right :j

Just over 6 weeks to go to Christmas - I am aiming to drop a dress size before then and buy something new to wear.
