Hi sorry it is so late
but I'm reporting a STS this week thanks Fred :A
Can I also add
90 mins surfing
120 mins walking
40 mins running
90 mins climbing
to my flight target thanks
I have just got back from climbing and I have been signed off so I can now climb without an instructor :j:j So it means my friend and myself can now go climbing when we can rather than with assistance. So I hope to do a little more and I hope it will tone more of my belly and bingo wings :rotfl:
Now I am off to catch up with everyone's posts ...... I must read more often.Restarting C25K in 2014 - Week 8 - 1/3 completed

Well done Ivm.
Glad to say I'm a lot better today, just slowly getting my appetite back, but still well under my calorie goal. I weighed myself this morning and got a shock at how much one can loose from one day of sickness. I have no doubt it will come back on once normal eating resumes.
No exercise yet, I will try and get some in tomorrow.
Sorry fred My exercise is only 4 hours 45 mins.LBM 04/10:j

Another wonderfully bright and sunny bootcamp this morning - really enjoying being out in the fresh air and excercising.
So 45 min bootcamp and 1 hour walk, a total of 1hr 45 for me today please Fred.
Succumbed to a piece of toast yeaterday, which in turn led to a piece of cake and 2 chocolate biscuits by the end of the dayHoping todays excercise will go some way to minimising the damage.
Hope everyone has a great weekend.

Lo victory we have the same argument in our house, OH demands full fat milk which tastes and feels yuck compared to skimmed milk, which he says is watery sh**e. I've tried comprimising with semi, but no thats still too watery for him. Guess thats the one thing we will never agree on.
No exercise done since tues, still getting my strength back after the bug, but going to give it a go tomorrow.LBM 04/10:j
