Another sts for me this week.

Had a massive blow out yesterday, feeling sorry for myself. Then in the night I've come down with a tummy bug, vommiting all night and not able for anything today apart form water. It's one extreme to another.

Can you add another 45 mins please

A frustrating 1/4 lb gain for me this week. Fell like I have had a good week, both food and excercise wise - so hopfully will see some weight come off next week.

Just a 20 min walk for me this morning - hoping to get to the gym later, but a busy day so will have to think about how to fit it in.

Good luck with the weight loss everyone.

    Hey all

FS 2.75lb loss for me this week which is scary as I thought it was tailing off.

However this signals time for me to start the migration from dieting to maintanence. As of today I am adding 280 calories back in to my diet for this week with a view to measuring the impact both to my weight and my satiety before adding back more until I get the balance right.

Exercise regime continues running twice a week and once a week doing body pump, hoping to continue toning the body.

FS 30 minutes more to exercise challenge (running round the village in a slight drizzle, quite refreshing really)

So, I'm usually hovering around the more money-related threads - DFW and Up Your Income in particular.

A bit about me - about 2 years ago I managed to lose 6 stone in the space of about 8 months, getting down to 9st7lb. Was brilliant at the time although I still wanted to lose more. I did some really stupid things to get the weight off fast which I knew was daft. The weight started creeping up again until I had put on all but around half a stone of what I'd lost. So, back again and have managed to lose 4lbs in the last 8 days. An ok loss although I had expected more. So now have another 5 st 0.5lb to get back to what I was before. 70.5 lbs.

The aim will probably be to get down to 12st 7lbs by Crimbo so 2st to go.

It probably helps that I'm trying to cut back on money so won't be buying much food!

Good luck to everyone also trying to lose weight - it's bloomin' hard!
