Like Occy I seem to be struggling with food at the moment too. Some days I can be a total Saint but then the next day I seem to just want to stuff my face
Really need to get a Zip fitted to my mouth to stop me eating I think.
I have also lost my Exercise Mojo again, as I can't see to want to find the time to fit it in, and now the clocks have changed it is going to be even harder
Fred can you add me to the exercise challenge for November please just 1 flight and I will see what I manage, maybe it will get my bum moving again?

Ok, It's a new month and a new start - determined not to repeat Oct, which has basicially seen my weight go up and down ... just stay the same really
Like a few others have also said, I have been struggling with food and found a few slices of bread and the odd cake creeping in to my diet. Cake really is my downfall - the more I eat the more I crave. I know in theory I should be able to have the odd slice as part of a balanced diet, but for me that really doesn't work.
So for the whole of Nov - no bread or cake. There, I have have put it in writing - no going back.
Good luck with Nov everyone - let's see if we can all get some good losses this month ready for Christmas.
