    Hey gang!!

I'm so excited - i'm meeting my boyfriend in london soon. I don't know if i'm more excited to see him or shop in topshop!!! ha.

I really miss my exercising now that i live in crawley, i don't want to pay for the gym here when i get it free at home, but i only go to the gym about 3 times a month if that now :( I think i might have to just join one round here :( I have a massive urge to go swimming!!

Beanie: ha, your last comment to me made me laugh! It is quieter now, thank god!!!!!

  • +2lb gain for me last week Fredsnail, I think you must have missed it as I did post days late, sorry.

I suspect I will have another gain at weigh in tonight as I was away for a long weekend last week, and I am finding it really hard this week to get back on track. I hope another gain tonight will shock me in to being good again.:o

Hi Fred can you put me down for the 5lb challenge, 14 hours and I'll be in the rockets group, thanks.

Tried to go fro a run this morn put my legs just aren't working today, a result of doing 130 squats yesterday, my a**e is a little sore:D So I will go out for a brisk walk later seeing as there is a big yellow disc in the sky that I havent seen for so long.

I’d like to be a Catherine wheel please.

I’d also like to take a weekly flight to Washington (i.e. 28 hrs for the month). That might be pushing it a bit, but I think I might have been going easy on myself before and choosing challenges I was pretty sure I could meet.

Another 2 miles for me please Fred.

I am pleased that next month is a time challenge - much easier to calculate. Put me down for the return trip - 14 hours. I will also join in the 5lb challenge again (and try to do better this month :o) I think I am a sparkly kind of girl - so will join the Sparklers team.

    Morning

Between half-term and a hospital appointment for DH midweek I've been a bit lax but I'm properly back now.

I've walked to town and done a round trip to the PO since I last posted so that is another 2 km so up to 32.

I would like to join next month again for the 5lb challenge please and I'll go for two return trips (28 hours). I'd like to be a catherine wheel (I was nearly called Catherine!) but don't mind being moved if you want to even up the groups.

Very well done to everybody who has lost and onward and upward for November to all of us.
August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.

... It got me thinking, wouldn't it be great if we could hook our exercise machines up to the Wii and make the exercise part of a game... that would relieve the boredom and get me using it more! I'm sure that is something we'll be able to do in a few years time.

OMG I just had to share this with you all, lol .... http://www.amazon.co.uk/Cyberbike-Magnetic-Edition-Fahrrad-Wii/dp/B003XE8WIW/ref=sr_1_2?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1319790393&sr=1-2

May have to order one if I can find one in stock somewhere! (ETA - there are a few of these on ebay, going for about £30! :D)

They've also got a rowing machine, although it's not supposed to be very good... http://www.amazon.co.uk/CTA-Wii-Rowing-Machine/dp/B003E45GI0/ref=sr_1_98?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1319789309&sr=1-98

Just bought this http://www.amazon.co.uk/Logic3-Fit-Step-Balance-Board/dp/B003JH84HC/ref=sr_1_5?s=videogames&ie=UTF8&qid=1319791292&sr=1-5 to give me more of a workout on the Wii step and boxing programmes.

Fred - Can you please sign me up to the 5 lb a month, 14 hour return flight, and the Sparklers team :)
