A 1lb gain for me this week Fred. Not been too bad really - and I am getting back into the excercise - but obviously not good enough.
Anyway, just booked next years hols in June. I have been wearing the same holiday clothes for years whilst I was busy paying off my debts. Now they are paid I really want to splash out and buy new. So my new motivation is to buy these in at least a size 14.
Good luck with the weight loss this week everyone.

Hey all!
FS 2.75lb loss this week.
This week marks a couple of key targets met. I have now lost 3 stone and my BMI is now in the Healthy range at 24.6.
I am now considering increasing my calorie intake to slowly get to a static weight, anyone got any advice on going from weight loss to a maintenance level?

Had fortnightly weigh in on Sunday. Lost 4lbs over the last 2 weeks. Didn't lose anything the previous fortnightly weigh in, but gained muscle and lost body fat then so I was happy. This time though, it indicates that I lost muscle and gained bodyfat.
(Muscle weighs more than fat). So if most of those 4lbs are muscle, then I'm not too happy with the loss. I'm aware with the reason why though as I wasn't eating enough most of the time, causing my body to hang on to all the fat and use muscle instead. (Developed a bit of an eating disorder - so hard to admit
) BMI is now 20.9 but I'm concentrating on losing bodyfat and gaining muscle to achieve the toned look, so not really looking to lose anymore weight. Thighs are still not how I want them, still lots of fat (although they have definately gotten smaller) and same with tummy, they're just not toned enough, still wobbly bits lol, so really need to increase the muscle on them and make the skin more taut. Arms are also not as I want them although they are getting more defined. So will continue on with the second round of Insanity. On the 5th week now, recovery week. Will try to eat more than I do because I can't afford to lose any muscle really.
Well done to everyone else losing. And hope everyone is well x0 -

Take care of you Victory.
How are things?
I have these monthly injections for the chronic RA and they are brill except they don't last the whole month, 3 weeks yes, I seem to be coping but then the last 7/10 days everything is such a chore, it takes me ages to do the littlest thing, got another one on tuesday and needless to say I am really looking forward to it:D0 -
I'm pleased to report in with -3lb this week and 15 miles to the challenge. Thanks Fred :grinheartDo you not know that a man is not dead while his name is still spoken?
