Lose Weight 34

i have been playing around with the my fitness partner ,if i want 2lb off a week i have to eat 1270 plus any exercise calories if 1lb a week 1750plus any exercise calaries ,so what i have decided is 1750 without eating the exercise carbs as i dont think i will earn any more than 300 in one day.that way i should at least lose a1lb a week but maybe a bit more if you see what i mean. think it will also remove the guilt as i couldnt stick to the smaller amount but also couldnt eat the higher amount well unless i just ate cadburys all day which is not a plan ,.
i am going to take the time out to log regularly my food whislt the dog, housework and wii fit should take care of my exercise .
feel i now have a better plan than just hoping the weight will come off on its own lolSo finally debt free and it feels amazing however continuing here to stay debt free.Next declutter house and body and finally swim under that waterfall x0 -

Hiya,
I'm not a member on this thread so hope no-one minds me responding. I do the step aerobic type thing on the WII Fit. I'm working hard enough to be out of breath and the kids nearly wet themselves with laughter watching me try to keep time with the damn thing!

Hi guys, hope everyone is well. I have just got back from a long weekend in London. I weighed in before I left and had a gain of +2lb. I really don't know were that came from as I was really good before I went away, although I have to confess to eating and drinking to excess while I have been away, and will have to face the music at my next weigh in. I will start anew tomorrow with both diet and bootcamp.
I would like to add 10 miles of walking to the challange, although I suspect we walked a great deal further than that.:DDFW Nerd 1394.

Can't beleive how much I am still aching from the Bootcamp on Saturday - just going up the stairs is agony. Frodo - how long does this last! One thing I noticed was that although session was great, we didn't really do any cooldown or stretches so that could be why it is hurting so much. Must do this after the next session on Sat.
Noticed that recently I haven't been logging my food intake into Foodfocus, telling myself I could eat healthily without being so obsessive. Don't really think this is working so if I want to get to my goal by Jan I think I best head back there.

We always spend some time at the end of session stretching. The aching does improve, although if you have a week or so break from exercise, the aching seems to come back with a vengence.
Sretching helps ease the aches as does a nice hot bath (pure indulgent me time!).
Well done an getting started and Keep up the good work Jess, you will enjoy it and the extra energy it gives you.:T:T:TDFW Nerd 1394.
