    Hey all,

FS please put me down for a measily 3/4 lb loss, not sure what has happened but my losses are slowing down which is a little demoralising.

I will reapply myself, its probably a mental issue as I am getting close to some of my key targets.

Also add 4.5km to my challenge treadmill work at the gym, proper running tonight.

    Thanks
    Occy

Stressful day today but havent been as bad as it could have been on the munching front.
Have had an animal bar and a milkey way today.

Good self control, wish I could be so strict with myself. Realised I've just polished off 6 biscuits while reading the paper.:(

Well I am reporting a sts this week, although I went out on saturday night, since then I have been really poorly have had backache, lost my voice, painful headache, stomach pains so I haven't been eating a lot and been doing no exercise. Still got the headache and stomach pains but hopefully I am getting better! Happy birthday WOT

  • I am reporting a 1LB LossThis week Thank you Fred :A

I've been trying to make sure I stick to the straight and narrow but this cold weather makes me want to have more hot drinks and hot food. So going to be harder now. Also since I have lost a few Lb's I have noticed I feel the cold a lot more  Oh well it is the only downside I can see :D

Well done on all the losses this weeks :T

Occy - if you are running more are you eating enough for the amount of exercise you are doing? that could be holding up the weight loss.

Eric - Good luck with the running, it is going to be like starting again, I know I had a 4 week break and 3 weeks later I am only now back up to 30 mins. So take it slow I don't want you to do your heart a mischief again :)

Hi Fred (and everyone else), could you please add -1lb and 8 miles for me this week.

I shamefully admit I've been slacking a bit this week, I only managed 2 exercise sessions instead of the 4 I usually try to get in :o. It's a miracle I've lost anything at all.

    Happy Birthday WoT :bdaycake:

Here's this weeks chart for the English Channel Challenge - well done to everyone taking part and to Lolly101 who has already made it to France. Get the drinks in - rest of us are not far behind :rotfl:

This weeks quote is from Bruce Lee (It's a bit longer than normal - but it's a good one):

"Defeat is a state of mind. No one is ever defeated until defeat has been accepted as reality. To me, defeat in anything is merely temporary, and its punishment is but an urge for me to greater effort to achieve my goal. Defeat simply tells me that something is wrong in my doing; it is a path leading to success and truth."
