Please could someone tell me how to delete a post on an old thread that has been locked? I've been asked to delete a post on LW 30 and can't for the life of me see an edit button.

I'm very happy to delete it - wouldn't want to upset anyone - but feel very foolish as I can't see what to do.:o

PS I've not been contributing for a while as I'm not really trying at all seriously to lose, but I do have the occasional read. Love to all who remember me!

Thank you Fredsnail for the tables.

I need to apologise to the south team for not pulling (losing) my weight this week but I have done another 2km today (1 walked, 1 swam) so hopefully next week will be better.
August Shopping Challenge. 26/8. Budget £250 Spent £256.81.. £6.81 over. So £0.00 a day left.
  • Thanks, Fred!

I actually lost 1.6lbs last week, but didn't post it until after you'd put up the chart, so my total lost should be 77.2lbs :)

Hi Granny - I don't think you're able to edit/delete anything once a threads been locked - maybe one of the board guides would be able to do it for you if you asked them?

Will correct your weight for the next chart world_of_tights :T

Must tell everybody. Since starting the Dukan Diet on 24th July I've now lost 5 kg. That's 11 pounds.

    Hey all.

FS put me down for 3 miles running for Wednesday running.

I also did a spinning class for first time on Friday, 45 minutes but no idea what that would translate to miles, want to guess? may do it again but it is the cost more than anything that would stop me, running round a field is free :)

Hi granny! I miss your posts. I can't imagine what you would have said that would need to be deleted? Hope you're well.

I actually feel pretty happy with my body at the moment. I didn't think i'd ever say it... but perhaps sometimes you need someone to make you realise its actually not as bad as you ever think it is! I still go to the gym, and right now with the change of seasons i am eating constantly, but i'm hoping that will stop soon.

Hope everyone is doing the opposite of me currently, and not eating all that they can see!
