Ooh, just seen your sig about Jon Bon, SB! How exciting, bet you can't wait! :j

Oh, I'm so looking forward to it! :D. Had a thing for JBJ since I was a schoolgirl! :o;)

But before then, I have my scan tomorrow morning _pale_ and I am dreading it so much. Just want it to be this time tomorrow already so I know everything is OK...

Gotta go now, but will try to make time to PM those people, when I can track them down.

If you scroll down to the bottom of the main Moneysaving in Marriages, Relationships & Families Board it says who the board guides are with links to them so you can PM them from there :-) Hope that helps :-)

And while I'm here I hope your scan goes well tmrw SB :-)

Thanks everyone - at least I know it's not just us with the clingy behaviour. I'll try the tips mentioned and see how it goes.

She's ok at bedtime as long as she gets a kiss before she goes in the cot, and she has pink teddy (her favourite!) to cuddle.
Here I go again on my own....

Izzy has been getting in such a paddy at bedtime lately that she throws every single toy out of her cot, including Lady who is her absolute favourite. :rotfl:

If you try and put them back in she shrieks Noooo!! and lobs them back out again even harder.

:j :j Yeah Snaggles on your weightloss. I am struggling to stay at target (I do slimming world). Am not going to class as it's v difficult now I'm commuting again and I've let things slip. Back on it tonight though as 4lb very quickly becomes 1/2 stone etc...

Tropical World was fab. Imogen loved the fish and birds most (the beer-cat enclosure is closed for a refurb). Now OH wants to buy her some goldfish, but we haven't got anywhere suitable for the tank.
    Thank you :)

I'm doing SW too, but like you am just doing it at home, as I can't really afford a class. I've never tried SW before - I lost quite a bit on WW a couple of years ago, but it wasn't working for me after I had Natasha as I was just too hungry while I was breastfeeing. I'm amazed how much you can eat on SW though, and it seems to be working brilliantly so far.

We used to have goldfish (they lived for 9 years!). They were quite sweet but it used to take aaaages to clean the tank, and then it would look murky again within a few days, despite having a filter, oxygen pump etc. Glad you had a good time at Tropical World. If your daughter has a Breeze card (which are free for under 16's if you live in the Leeds area), I think they get free entry.

Isn't it funny the things our childrens toys end up being called - Natasha has Babydolly, Mr Giraffe, and Tasha-duck (a duck that really looks quite like her!).

Ryan is still very attatched to his Floppy Dog, and his Transey (a Transformer-type car).

My DS1 is nearly 5, but loves his purple rabbit, very imaginatively called Bunny. :rotfl: He always comes on holidays with us and DS1 is adamant he's coming with us next week to Spain. :D

(well, I say purple - he's almost pink! I got him as a pressie when I was pregnant and didn't know whether I was having a boy or a girl :rotfl: )

Good luck for tomorrow! I know it's quite worrying, but I'm sure it will be fine.

It's so lovely seeing the little bean (or shrimp! :rotfl: ) on the screen... oh no, I'm getting broody!

Olivia has a purple rabbit also called Bunny!!! Her fave cuddly, even now she's five, Bunny's always asleep in the middle of the pillow while she is hanging off the edge of the bed :rotfl:Certainly there is no way that Bunny won't be coming with us to France this year!

My dh did SW a few years ago now and lost about 3 stone on it in next to no time (also just doing it at home, not going to classes). It was amazing. I wasn't particularly trying to lose weight myself, but because I was mainly eating the same stuff as him, I lost 10lbs ish too. Would heartily recommend it - found it much more effective than WW which he tried too.

Shame he's put most of it back on again since lol.
