    Ok

I just called the sol , and left a message asking for the report to be faxed over and for sol to drop me an email to confirm this has been done.

Ive called the letting agent and [STRIKE]pleaded[/STRIKE] negotiated that she hold the house till tuesday. I havent offered the money, but said "if theres anything we can do" she didnt ask and i didnt explicitly offer the extra money.

I dont think the LL will hang on much longer

Please keep everything crossed for us

    Lynz
    xx

Fingers crossed Lynz! Just been to solicitors, they said flat leasehold (is that what it's called?) is complicated and will take a couple of weeks to sort out. Also, on fixtures and fittings they said they are taking washing machine and blinds, curtain poles, not what I agreed with EA. I just find these kind of changes annoying. Also, I don't understand why people don't just leave curtain poles etc. as surely a lot of the time they don't fit the new properties they are moving into?

    Oh well!
