Phoned up my sols today and apparently they've done some badgering of the vendor's sols to answer the outstanding questions I have. Sounds like my vendors are almost ready to rock and roll on their purchase as well.

Sol is also waiting for the lease and covenant details as well, so hopefully will get a bit more info before the end of the week. Hopefully exchange will be in sight in the next couple of weeks, fingers crossed!!

Good luck to others as well.
