urgent...check ur bank TRAVELODGE taking payments twice!!!

we booked 2 rooms in june in the last sale...total £60 taken from account on 13th june, checked bank this morning and it has been taken again!!!!

was looking at sale today but havent booked anything...maybe they were feeling psychic!!!

will be calling them at 7am when they open!! they could however give us 2 free rooms lol

I had this few years ago ended up with duplicate bookings because of their system didn't notice payment had been taken twice until cc statement came in about 4 weeks later, I emailed them took a week to reply and then basically told me tough luck you should have noticed it sooner

They do if you book a saver room (as most MSEers do)

I have had a payment taken today for a stay on 5th June. When I made the booking and paid the money seemed to be stopped from my account and then was released again. I am just annoyed that it has taken so long to come out as I had forgotten all about it :mad:

The booking I have made for next week hasn't come out yet and as it is the saver rate I have chosen it normally comes out straight away!
