A budget is like a speed sign - a LIMIT not a TARGET!!

    CHALLENGES

    2025 Declutter:
    1 CONTAINER (box/bag/folder etc) per day; 50/365
1 FROG (minimum) per week; 6/52
WEIGHT I'll start with 25 lbs (though I need to lose more!) and see how it goes...🤔 0/25

    2025 NSDs: 15 per MONTH - FEB 4/15; JAN 21/15
    2025 Fashion on the Ration: (carried over from 2024) 10+66 = 76
2025 Make Do, Mend & Minimise No target, just remember to report!

PTN, I know you have a lot of diffuculty with empathy and seem to find it impossible to see your situation from the perspective of this man's wife.

Take a look at the raw pain and devastation in this thread, its heartbreaking, maybe you'll get an inkling of the kind of harm you are contributing to:

It flies off the page from every post you make about her, but whatever, if reading that doesn't make you feel any guilt about her then nothing will.

I rarely post about her - as I've said before I have no feelings towards his wife, I'm not jealous, I don't think she's horrible or anything like that. I don't know her at all. To be truthful, I rarely think about her, she's his wife, not mine. Sorry if that seems callous. Of course I sometimes feel guilty, of course I have empathy, just because I'm not gushing my feelings out on here doesn't mean I don't have any.

That's just how I felt, callous or not. In my case, probably helped by the fact that because of the things he said about her ("I'm in with the kids on my own, she's out til 4 in the morning", "I don't think she'd notice I was having an affair if I brought you round", "We never do anything together any more" etc. etc.) I guessed long before he did that she was out and about "enjoying herself" too.

It's quite strange that you rarely think about her, given the significant role she's played in your life for almost three years.
.................:)....I'm smiling because I have no idea what's going on ...:)
