Groupon and O Spa London postage scam!

I got my groupon refund in the bank today. Now just waiting for O Spa to give me back my £7.50.

well Gaily this i know, i will be emailing them asking them for my postage back after i receive my straightners, in that email i will thanks them for their understanding that my patience has run out..Wonder how i will get on.

OMG!! my straightners have been dispatched!!! so fingers crossed either tomorrow or friday... I hope they have been worth the wait..
next is to try and get back some of the postage... will keep u all posted

you will never guess what i am holding in my hands (well not literally or i wouldnt be able to type) two pairs straightners....WOO HOO...

Working on email now to ask for some of the postage to be refunded :-)

thats fab kathy.. im waiting for mine (think they may have come this morning but im at work so will have to go fetch them from PO) Im also going to be asking for postage back. (I think at least half is fair after waiting over 2 months!)

I was told 26th August that my straighteners had been "dispatched" but the tracking code was fake, the woman at the post office told me that the number pattern didn't add up or something. Still waiting on my straighteners and I've emailed O Spa so many times, I even emailed them saying that I was taking legal action and that I've contacted Watchdog. Nada. I've also heard that the straighteners are rubbish, so I don't think I even want the them, and I heard about a theory that because of the high demand they're sending people a lousy version of what was actually on offer.

Kathy, do yours actually work/worth the £99 they say they are?

oh god - I've just read this whole post - I'm in the same boat. I thought it was too good to be true. So where should I start? With emailing both of them?

i emailed both and got an answer from both.. and my straightners are sat at the post office waiting for me to go and get them... just give them your order number and they should (fingers crossed) get them out to you withing the week... good luck temba. keep us posted.

well i have just plugged the straightners in and i must say although they heat up very quick they DONT heat up to the 230c advertised by groupon...For this reason i have emailed groupon as this is false advertising as far as i am aware. I have emailed to ask about getting some of my postage back from o spa but dont hold out much hope, i wont be using either groupon or o spa again.
