well what a waste of time that was!! for those that cancelled their orders.. well done! these have to be the worst straightners I have ever had! the cold is shorted than my old ones & they dont heat up as high. so im not better off now than I was before they arrived! still need a new pair... :(
shame there is no one from either groupon or ospa on this site to answer some of these problems!!

Sorry to hear that Picnic, and here was me thinking that I'd cancelled a few days too soon.

I'm still waiting for O Spa to refund my postage........ I feel another email to Groupon coming on.
Always on the hunt for a bargain.

Always grateful for any hints, tips or guidance as to where the best deals are:smileyhea

  • someone has mentioned on another thread they are taking groupon to court and want people to leave feedback there and if they have enough response they will start a website, not too sure if its genuine though, i am a bit untrusting of ANYTHING to do with groupon at the moment though.

to be fair to groupon.. they only promote stuff other companys are selling.. (although I do think they shoud have better checks to see if the company have the resorse's to provide what its offering and that it does what it says it does..) they really dropped the ball with this offer.

Maybe try the email address given by another poster, a couple of us did this and we got our straightners delivered within a couple days (only for us to be dissapointed by them though)

  • Me again. I'm in a bit of a pickle about what to do. I never got past the 'enter your voucher code' stage as it wasn't accepting it. I'm presuming that it might be accepted now (seeing as the last time I tried was 1 month ago). The thing is, if the straighteners aren't that good (like some people are saying) then I obviously don't want them. I could either enter the code and then pay 7,50 for postage and hope I get them or I could just contact Groupon and get my 15 quid back because I've luckily not yet paid the 7,50 postage. Ahhh, I don't know what to do!!

Contact groupon by phone, keep perservering and tell them you want a refund, much easier to get refund on an unused voucher especially as the o spa website wouldnt accept it.
