  • They charged me £15 for post and packaging and my order was on the 10th July ... guess what ... I haven't received anything from them!!!

    Absolutely useless crowd!
  • Hi i'm a newbie here so sorry if i'm repeating things already said.

    I too am STILL waiting on a REFUND for the P&P. My Chum in work got £7.50 back within days of the deal being cancelled. I have NOT even had 1 reply to my numerous EMAILS.

    I doubt contacting PAYPAL will work as transaction was over 30/45 days ago. Infact I only received the GROUPON £15 refund 2 days ago, after countless emails, which promised the money in 5 days.

    Is anyone else still waiting on the REFUND from O'SPA.

    Regarding earlier posts and again apologies if already posted, i may be wrong but was the £7.50 not added automatically as it was assumed we were buying the small pair too. I know i had a few problems and was back and forth like a yo-yo

    On another note, the first cancellation note from GROUPON advised that everyone would get a full refund PLUS the straightners as a good will gesture, this included those who had already received their straightners. Do you know of anyone who actually got both the refund nad the straightners. I have now caontacted the legal dept ( well its a bit of info on their site about legal info etc) in the hpe of expediting a refund and have asked for compensation due to poor customer service.

  • hi, sorry to bump an old thread but has anyone had anymore from this?

    im at same point everyone else was, got the refund update email, having sent countless already!
    the internet phone orders line is constantly engaged, Companies House website has one of the O Spa London business listings as 'L' for the obvious, Liquidation...... so has anyone managed to get a refund, product, or E-voucher since this email was sent out?
  • Hey, I'm in the same boat only I never received the straighteners, just got my Groupon refund but I am still waiting my refund for P&P. O Spa seem to be very hard to get a response from that isn't automated!

    Anyone with success that got their refund, can you give me the email address or contact detail you used for OSpa?

    Disgraceful that they are getting away with this, I reported both Groupon and O Spa to Watchdog. Ordered in July and its now December ..they are thieves!
  • I too have been ripped off by this SCAM. I have sent about 30 furious e-mails and have called all their shops who say the only method of contact is via e-mail, even for them (sure)

    I want my postage money back. Thieves!!!! Give them an awful rating on tripadvisor.. just to put the final nail in the coffin
  • Hi there all folks who tried to get the hair straightners from ospa london well on july 15th i bought these from ospa and still not received them.After sixteen emails and telephone calls all the promisses from them it was all lies. told by email that they are on the way due to supplies problems byt as of last week all calls and emails are not being taken all are being returned so it doesnt look good for all us .finally folks dont blame GROUPON as they are great for offers in northern ireland and always give a refund with any problems but this is the fault of ospa not them as ospa contacted them to offer this deal.
  • I have yet to see the P&P money that these thieves from O Spa have in their bank account.
    I disagree, Groupon is not doing enough. It should be more selective and most importantly show muscle when things go wrong to make sure it protects the customers. After all, this was a risk-less deal for Groupon. It goes well, they'll take their share, it doesn't, let the customer deal with the scammers. I now see Groupon as a company who goes into bed with everyone. Hit and run scammers use Groupon as a vehicle to get to customers who otherwise would never buy anything from them directly.
  • I have had the same nightmare as most of you and find it disgusting that they can treat paying customers like this. I am owed £23.95 and want it back!!!! I have emailed them and Groupon several times, Groupon have told me they cannot get involved with them anymore due to 'legal reasons' so god knows what's happening.
    I have found Ospa on twitter, I have just tweeted them asking them to sort my refund, I will also tweet warning everyone not to buy anything from them and if they do it's at their own risk - twitter name - @ospalondon

    I agree O Spa are awful. I paid for a spa day for 4 friends early last year for a surprise 30th birthday, they cancelled the day and have not refunded the money, however lastminute did give me the equivalent credit which we spent on another trip (a night away which was brill). O Spa have so far ignored all of my emails, although recently changed the status of my voucher to refunded, whether or not htis is due to lastminute or not I don't know.
