Dreadful service from this company . Beginning to suspect that I will NEVER receive my hair straighteners. Have emailed complaints department but no response. Won't ever deal with this business agin0

I also ordered the straightners on the 28th June - it would appear stupidly ordered the mini straightners as well so at the moment I am am down £15 for voucher and 23.95 for 2nd set and 2 lots of postage I emailed them end of July to be told to read print that they were allowed 28 days and then received automated email to say thay it was so popular and they had sent out lots of sets and the backlog would be sent out on week beginning 15th Aug - this is my 1st Groupon purchase and probably the last - who is liable for the loss not only for the voucher but for the order through that voucher - have I got any chance of getting either money or voucher back??!! - can anyone tell me Groupon position for offers that cant be fullfilled??

I too purchased 2 sets of straightners and paid £15.00 for the groupon voucher and another £23.95 on the O Spa website on the 5th July 2011. I received a few emails telling me to wait 28 days from the date of purchase and then another email at the end of july saying a new batch would be sent out week commencing 15th August 2011. I am so angry that it seems not only I but loads of other people are in the same situation and have paid out money but having nothing to show for it. I have phoned the head office and the 3 spas are numerous occasions and to this day I havent been able to speak to a single person. Today I saw at the end of this thread that someone has emailed multitraxmarketing who the automated email replies are sent from and one of them actually received their straightners on friday. Im not holding my breath but its worth a try.

Wow - maybe I acted a little too promptly by cancelling my order last week.

If we ever do receive our straightners i think the next thing we should do is collectively email them demanding a hefty portion of the postage back, i mean they charged more postage if you ordered on a special offer than they do to 'normal' customers, we should ask that we be charged the same rate...Its not as if we got em any quicker paying more..LOL0
