  • Has anyone managed to get an answer from O'Spa yet? I can't get a reply from them & Groupon haven't replied to my emails either.

If you paid via a credit card approach the issuer, explain what happened and ask for a refund. I think this should also work with a debit card bearing a visa logo.

    Good luck

I'm in the same boat - I emailed both O Spa & Groupon last Thursday/Friday & apart from an automated response from Groupon, haven't as yet heard anything. I've had to contact Groupon in the past re queries on purchases made from them & their response has been pretty quick - almost immediately, in fact, so I'm not impressed at all.....

Patient - for what, our refunds, or the straightners?

If they have straightners, but are having a nightmare trying to get 5,000 sets out, then fine, why not send an email saying "Hands Up, we messed up. We're trying to sort it, we'll have delivery out in the next week" - Silence is causing us the biggest frustration here.

If they don't have straightners, groupon needs to do something.

1 email to everyone (like they did a few weeeks back) may pacify a lot of people.

Always grateful for any hints, tips or guidance as to where the best deals are:smileyhea

In case anyone doesn't know, when companies do a deal through coupon, they set how many can be purchased - so they really have 0 excuse for not being able to deal with the demand, as they will have agreed the number.
