Hugs to you Stormy, really can't believe how much you're going through and how strong you are being. Try to look after yourself a bit through all this, easier said than done I know! My thoughts are still with you xx

Hi stormybay, still thinking of you, it is very theraupeutic to write things down, even if it is just the little things, anything, what made you laugh, what today was like it is all great to look at day to day or later on to remember things.... it is a very good thing to do.
Pleased to read you got through the bed day, whatever the day brings go with it, always best to do that than try to fight with yourself....
Keep strong, hope your DD was o.k at school xxxx

    Hi Stormy.

So sorry to hear that you have had more bad news. We're all thinking of you.

I think the notebook is a brilliant idea. My aunty has a photo of her hubby at the side of her armchair. She finds it comforting to chat to him about silly things like having a moan about "some idiot on the telly" or something she's reading in the paper.

I'll be thinking of you tomorrow. Some years ago I had a miscarriage & dreaded going back to work. But it was fine & as others have said, a good distraction. It was also amusing in a way to see how other people reacted.

    All the best

  • Hello stormy. I hope the football match was good! Let us know how it went (sure you will of course).

It must be absolutely normal for you, in the circumstances to feel panicky about returning to work. I just wanted to say that John wouldn't think badly of you, of course he wouldn't. Please try not to think that.

Your colleagues and employers obviously know the circumstances and they will not expect you to come back and perform miracles. They will be patient with you. You can take every hour of the day as it comes and if things get a bit much, you can take a break/come home. No-one will think any the less of you in fact I am positive that they will look at you and recognise your bravery in coming back to work in what is possibly a relatively quick time.

I will be thinking of you and hoping that getting back into the work routine will help you somewhat.

I hope the journal is helping too and the chats, what wonderful ideas.

Finally, I was really very sorry to read about your SIL's wife too.

    Hope the footy went well?

Just wondered what job you do, as a matter of interest? I'm just a nosey s0d to be honest!

Thinking of you tomorrow and hoping all goes well

    Hey Stormy,

Hope the footie went well, and that John watching over the team was a good omen. I expect the fresh air did you good and blew away a few cobwebs.

I just wanted to say I am thinking of you and wish you all my love for tomorrow. I hope your day at work doesn't prove too hard for you, but should you need us, you know where we are.

    Good luck sweetie x
