Good Afternoon,
Forgive me if this is covered elsewhere but there are so many threads I am not sure where to look.
What are HSBC like to reclaim from?
I took a loan out online in January 2008 which I repaid late last year. Would this qualify?
I also had a previous Managed loan with HSBC which I took out in around 2002/03 and repaid that around 2006. Would this qualify?
If so what do I do next? Request the information from HSBC and then keep my fingers crossed?
Thanks for all your help. If I am able to proceed with action then I will keep all info on this thread.

I will go through those threads now.
Has anyone had any success with HSBC before. The 2 loans prior to interest or insurance were about £35k so I'm hoping for a nice payday.
Thanks0 -

If you have the account numbers and any/all of the reasons for mis sell apply to you then put a claim in.
Do you know what the ppi was for each loan?as if you win you get the ppi back less the rebate of ppi when you settled the loans.0 -
I don't know PPI or even if I am entitled to claim.
However, I want to get on this gravy train feeling that HSBC shafted me with the loans.
PS just remembered had a 3rd loan off them (a graduate) which was settled by the managed loan0 -

Also check the checklist as well, click on the expand, and write what applies to you, remember to keep copies of your reclaiming as well, good luck.

Just to add, if you think they mis sold you on all, then go for them all, you can do this separately or together on the same reclaim, but think the main will prefer to do this separately. The one and only "Dizzy Di"0 -
Get your agreements and find out if you had ppi,if you did then look here for reasons for mis sell

You have to have valid reasons for mis sell.
also you can put a claim in for grad loan too if you were mis sold0 -

Thanks.
I don't have any of that information so will have to ask for it from HSBC. Can you just walk into the branch.
Fingers crossed this comes off!0 -
You can walk in branch and ask, they may not find it so be ready to pay to get the info.0

When I walk into the branch what is it I am asking for?
A copy of the loan agreement from each of my loans taken out since 1999? This will show the PPI if it exists won't it?0
