Well I think I am ready to go.
I am going to go into my local branch of HSBC tomorrow and asking for...
Credit agreements for
Graduate loan around 10k
Managed loan around 20k
Bank loan around 15k
Under 77-79 of the consumer credit act of 1974.
I am also asking for copies of the terms and conditions that were applicable at the time I took out the loans.
I will update how I get on tomorrow.0 -
I have been into my local branch today and they advised me to call customer services and ask them for the info.
I have just done that and I am now waiting on getting the forms through the post.
Fingers crossed I had PPI on all 3!0 -

Just give the bank etc a ring or drop in on your local branch all of them are aware of ppi complaints and now have a helpline etc and will even set the ball rolling over the phone:D:p Perfer et obdurai dolor hic tibi proderit olim

I'm doing loans first and then moving onto cards.
I just went to my local HSBC and asked them for copies of agreement. They couldn't help but they must have had a few enquiries as was advised what to do. I've now called HSBC and waiting on them to post the info to me.0 -
