How many times do you have to be told that at 15 years old kids will have sex. At 15 years old i'm sure kids know about the birds and the bees and they know what they are doing. Consensual sex is when all parties agree to it and if the girl or boy says no then thats when it's not consensual.

Wrong I am afraid, any person under the age of 16 can not give consent for sex, with a boy of similar age or a 88 year old man, that's the law of this land.
Consent is a legal term, it does not mean you agree or are willing.

Isn't it "sex with a minor" or whatever? I thought it was illegal but in general it is never followed up (because there is no real point).
Starting to doubt myself now though!

No, its only a crime if one (only one) of the people involved is under 13 or over 16.

Just an observation really and going on what I see around here.

A lot of young girls seem to be having babies and then their parents (usually the Mother) seem to take over the care etc and actually seem to love the idea that they have another baby in the family. Maybe because their own child-rearing days are over but the boundaries all seem blurred to me. Goodness knows how the child tells his mother from his grandmother.

I'll probably get slated for this but I also think the parents should be made to provide for the pregnant girl and their offspring. I don't think they should get benefits at all. There are loads of girls out there who think they've hit the jackpot when they find they're pregnant. Excuse to leave school, plenty of daytime telly, designer buggies, babies to cuddle etc.

This is not directed at OP by the way.:)
