Good. Glad your friend may be actually free of them now. You do realise though that this is only the beginning for her and her husband, and the road to recovery will be long and hard? I wish her and her family well, and you too.

For goodness sake. Have you got your knitting on the go as well? I doubt the OP has been posting for your entertainment and delectation.

    Time of the month?

Her last few posts have showed elated satisfaction at their finally meeting their comeuppance and my post was a light hearted sharing in that intended to gain a smile (hence the silly grinning smiley).

OMG. The police are kicking their !!!!!!.

On what basis and how do you know?

I do understand your concern for your friend and think your tenacity in trying to get her help is only to be admired, however from what you have posted, whilst what they are doing certainly seems morally wrong - I cannot see where an actual crime has been comitted. Surely this is the only basis in which the police could 'kick !!!!' - and even if they are charging them I very much doubt the op as neither victim not immediate family would be informed as to what is happening.

Well there's wasting police time for a start.

In which case, this may now be a criminal investigation and you probably need to be very careful about posting, not least because you may be considered a prosecution witness.

Really think you should close this thread now.

    Impersonating someone?

It was my understanding that the nasty sister and mother have pretended to be the poor woman (was it the solicitors or was it CAB?) in an attempt to try and force a divorce and house sale through...
