I’m pleased to say that there are no outbreaks of Norovirus on any of our 3 resorts. The hand sanitizers are there as a precaution - we have them at various points at all our resorts on every break, which guests can use whenever they want.

I’ve spoken to the health and safety team leader who’s reassured me that there have only been a couple of cases of sickness over the last week in Bognor Regis. When these things happen we actively encourage the use of hand sanitizer gel which is proven to help prevent the spread of infection. In the event of an actual outbreak we will also deep clean all accommodations and venues (and even things like DVDs from the shared library) to minimise the risk of spreading.

With regards to your comments about being moved to the Wave Hotel, this was done because we want all our guests to have the best and most comfortable experience possible, so upgrade guests on the day when there’s availability in better accommodation.
