  • Jules - What's happening with Debenhams instore cashback ? I've got some tracked from last January & it's still showing as tracked. It's not a huge amount - pennies really - but is this likely to ever be forthcoming ?

    Thanks

Good afternoon and a Happy Friday!

@K_P83 – yes, that’s right. It is per product so she could open a different type of account.

@clare64 – the £5 is taken from cashback that originates for purchases made in a particular membership year. I do appreciate that the £5 fee is unique to Quidco but we use this instead of bombarding you with adverts and also to develop fantastic new offerings for our customers. Among these are the phone apps, which are widely recognised as being of very good indeed, with cashback simply for checking in at certain stores (this can actually help to cover your admin fee costs and check-in cashback is paid straight away!), In Store cashback and Quidco Compare, both of which are unique to Quidco. I hope this persuades you to use us again in the future.

@woohoo_postingid – I’m sorry as there have been delays with this. Can I ask you to contact the Quidcare Team and they will be happy to look at this for you. Use the link below then click for more help:

I hope you all have a great weekend. Rosie will be back next week but it’s been nice speaking to you all again.

    Kind regards,

    Jules

    Why do confirmed dates change?

I had two items confirmed during the last month. Today for some (unknown) reason the original confirmed date changed to 13 Jan 12.

Call me suspicious, but the last time this happened it meant that I missed the payment run the transaction should have been made on.

Did the payment run go today, and have I missed it?
I've got a plan so cunning you could put a tail on it and call it a weasel.

Just wanting to have confirmed the amount payable to me.
I build my money up over the course of the year (so set my payable limit high enough so that i wont get paid until i re-set it for December). I started this year with 60p which were from iPhone check ins.

This is my status at the moment - £9.99:

I referred 3 people to Quidco over the Xmas period. I know 1 of these has purchased through Quidco (a Santander Preferred Current Account).
I also checked in yesterday at Phones4U.
eBay seem to have finally got round to confirming the cashback from last year too, which never went through with Decembers payout.

Anyway, this is what my account looks like:

So either i'm working it out wrong or something else is wrong, because those figures don't tally to £9.99.

Maybe your balance pre-new activity wasnt zero, but below the payment threshold.

Is there a deduction for part of the yearly fee due - they usually show this on the summary tab?

Hi, i applied for a Post Office credit card back in July last year with £50 cashback.
It didnt track and i raised a claim on July 15th.
It still hasnt been confirmed even though i know other people have received theirs.
    Any update on this please?
    Errrr...come back later ;)

My balance was somewhere around £206.pence when the December payment went through. The entire amount was paid to my account.
I then upped the payable limit so that it wouldn't auto-release before December 2012 (as said, i only pay to my account once a year - December).
I checked in on my iPhone after December payment but before new years, so i began the new year with £0.60.
I then had the activity that shows, which adds to more than £9.99

IIRC the yearly fee is paid around July for my account.

Here's one for my account summary:

    Good afternoon,

I hope you've all had a lovely weekend.

@Wobbydeb – It sounds like that may just be a technical error, but I wouldn’t worry. If it confirmed on the 13 January or before then, it will still have made the mid month payment run, which took place over the weekend.

@Wesker – As that seems to be taking longer than we’d expect, you’ll just need to raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team. You can do this by clicking on the link below to our Help section and selecting that particular question:

    http://www.quidco.com/help/#389

@K_P83 – Sorry, that does look a little confusing. Can I ask you to raise a support ticket regarding this so we can take a closer look into it for you, as we can then get a fuller picture by checking your account on our system.

It is very likely that the discrepancy is down to the retention fee, as I can see we have only retained £0.46 for the year so far. However, if you raise a support ticket we can then advise you correctly on this.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie
