I buy a lot from dorothy perkins

I joined quidco in about october 2010 and have purchases tracked from dorothy perkins dating back to march last year not one of them has been paid to me yet and I'm beginning to think I will never see my cash. Happy with the sites on all other counts though

Anyone know how long it takes for the Santander cashback to track? Applied on the 12th Jan for the Preferred account, and its still not tracking. I have had my account details, and Santander have started the switch, but nothing showing on quidco yet. Thanks

  • Not sure if this is the right lace to post however i amafter some advice for Quidco payment. THere payment run dat of 15th Jan fell on Suday therefor i thought monday would be the day i see the money. however the money owed has not yet arrived in my bank account. in the quidco activity it is showing as being paid to me on the 13th. How long do thes BACS ayments take any ideas?
  • Similarly, not sure if I'm posting in the right place. I'm trying to arrange household insurance via Quidco, using either Swiftcover or Axa, and I cannot get the sites to load via Quidco. I've cleared caches and cookies, used AOL and IE, used 3 different computers in the house, and cannot get them to load. However, if I go into them without going via quidco, they go straight in - what am I doing wrong?

    Good morning,

@sas76 – I’m very sorry to hear that. Unfortunately we have had a delay with that particular affiliate network who process cashback for Dorothy Perkins, but we are on the case. If you raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team, we can certainly take a look at these for you and hopefully have them paid to you.

@jen245 – Santander do track a little differently, as they can take up to 30 days to track in. However do be sure to hang on to your Santander OLA reference, just in case you did need to raise a claim if it doesn’t track in after the 30 days.

@jonnysmith81 – As the payment run fell on a weekend this month, payments are taking a little longer to reach accounts, as it can take up to 5 working days. If it still hasn’t arrived tomorrow, do contact the Quidcare Support Team and we can investigate further for you.

@headachesrus – I’m sorry to hear you're having trouble, and it usually means there is an issue with your settings, either with your browser or security software. Can I ask you to take a look at our broken link guide, here. With these settings applied you should then find the sites will load up.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

I applied for a Post Office credit card with cashback of £50 on an auto-approved.

I wasn't auto-approved, but they're looking into it & should be back to me within 5 days.

I've got in my cashback history, an entry for the post office, amount of "£1.00" and Earnings of "£0.00" with status as "tracked".

What does this mean? I'm not eligible? If i get approved in the next few days, can i claim for the £50? I don't remember being given a reference number, so will i be out of luck if so?

    Dear Quidco Rep
I am tracking a small amount (£3.64) from the Early Learning Centre from the 22nd of September. When I logged in to check whether this had been confirmed I see that they are not longer offering cashback through Quidco. Can I still expect to receive my payment? Thanks for your help.
  • Hi Quidco rep,

You have paid into my bank on the last payment run £50. When I go into the payments breakdown it shows £50 & 40p . How do I get this sorted out please?

I have tried to resolve it through your site but can't see where to make an enquiry as the question is not covered by the dropdown menu.

Took out insurance policy in July of last year, finally updated as declined. This purchase was made completely online through Quidco, so i cant understand why its declined. Is it a con? as funnily enough the year before the same thing happened with Morethan , getting a bit fed up with it now.

    Good afternoon,

I hope you all had a lovely weekend.

@K_P83 – It’s a good sign that the transaction has tracked, and usually the cashback should uplift to the correct amount once you have been approved. In regards to a reference number, don’t worry, as we don’t require this anymore to investigate cases, should anything go wrong with it. If your transaction is still tracking at £0 once you have been approved, can I ask you to raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team to allow them to look into this for you?

@MissyL – Don’t worry, I can confirm that they are still paying out on all outstanding transactions. They aren’t offering any cashback through us for the time being, but we are hoping to welcome them back at around Spring time.

@village saver – It sounds like it may have been taken towards your admin fee, although we'd need to check your account to confirm this. If you go to the Contact Form, you should be able to raise a support ticket here.

@audbod38 – I’m very sorry to hear that, and I’d like the Quidcare Team to take a look into that for you. Can I ask you to raise a support ticket via the link above, and we can then certainly investigate further for you.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie
