Hi. Is anyone else having long standing issues receiving cashback? Two particular instances I have are with Halfords and B&Q instore purchases. I've got 5 items more than 10 months old.

I don't rely on the Cashback, but shouldn't Quidco say either way whether these are going to be honoured or not?

It just seems a ridiculous amount of time to wait.

    Thanks

    Penranger...as i posted before you. :(

  • Hi.

    I have been a quidco member for some time but not very often using it. Anyway i have a problem with 2 things;

    1. my account aniversary date is the 11h December. I had a cashback tracked with vodaphone for £150 for taking out a contract, this starte don the 8th of November, which credit my account with £15, then the remaining was not credit until mid jan after receiving an email from quidco stating that they were sorry that it was taking longer than normal. I thought nothing of it and continued to wait. Now i look at my summary and it does not add up to the amount of cashback i have earnt. i have sent a number of emails to the quidco team which make little of no sense. The reason i am not happy is that i have been charged 2 years admin fees for 1 cashback transaction. i.e. the £150 has been reduce to £140 because i have been charged for 2011 and 2012 admin fees??? This makes no sense that if i onl make 1 cashback claim a year and i do it at this time every 2 years i will be charged for 2 years worth of admin fees!!

    2. One year i only received £3.69 in cashback and they are now taking another £5.00 admin fee off me for that year. So essentially i am paying them to receive no cashback. Its actually cost me £1.31 and i have nothing in my pocket!!!! this also makes no sense?

if anyone has any help on these matters please reply back...:)

The Netflix offer: http://www.quidco.com/netflix/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=sales-social&utm_content=2012_02_01&utm_campaign=netflix%2F of £15 for 5hours viewed within the 1st month free trial.

Would the customer HAVE to also sign up for the second month being paid?

If i cancel now, then i may not get the remainder of my first month, so i wont have viewed 5hours.

Alternatively, (what if) if i view 5hours in the first day, can i cancel and receive cashback still? Or does the first month have to be completed? If so, then it will auto-renew.

How long does it take to receive cashback from The Body Shop?

I've got several transactions going back until September, all of which have tracked but not confirmed. I've made several transactions since to different merchants and have been paid already.

I was wondering what was happening with these instore purchases too. I have items tracked as far back as last March from B and Q, Debenhams, Halfords, Debenhams and Sports Direct. The only one that has paid out is NCP and that took ages. As far as I am aware Quidco have not informed us of any problems. I have 15+ items tracked so it would be a pain to raise a ticket on each individual one.

I have in store purchases from Halfords dating back to 6th March 2011.

Do we get gold stars if we wait a full 365 days?

    Good afternoon,

@Matt.D – Thanks! I’ve responded to you now.

Andyboy, K_P83 & Pengranger – We are experiencing an ongoing delay with in-store cashback at the moment I’m afraid. However, we are on the case and we’re working very hard to rectify the delay. If you do have any transactions that are over 6 months old, can I ask you to contact the Quidcare Team directly and we can certainly look into the specific transactions further for you.

@dancingdandare – This can sometimes happen depending on the date that you have cashback confirmed. For instance, if your sign up date was December 2010, and you had made purchases between December 2010 – 2011 but haven’t paid the admin fee for this year, then it will roll over until you do have cashback confirmed and ready to be paid out. This can sometimes mean that you will pay two lots of admin fee at the same time, one for the previous year and one for the current year.

However do note that if you don’t make any transactions whatsoever for your entire membership year, so in this case December 2011 – 2012 for example, then no admin fee will be retained. If you only made £3.69 in that particular year then we will only retain £3.69; we will never retain any more than you earn – don’t worry!

For a clearer overview of this, please see your Activity Summary tab on your Quidco Home page. This will cover exactly how much admin fee you have paid and for which year, along with how much you earned in that particular year.

@K_P83 – I shouldn’t think you would have to, no. As with other free trials, if you contact them during the free trial and request that your account be closed at the end of the trial, they should be able to do this for you and you won’t be charged.

@samboette – They do usually take around 4 months to be confirmed, however if you send a support ticket to the Quidcare Team they can certainly look into this for you.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

    Good afternoon,

@Kittenkirst – I can certainly explain this for you. As the missing amount is £5, it is very likely that your yearly admin fee has been taken. To double check, go to your Activity Summary tab on your account, and it should show whether the £5 for that year has been retained.

@iduno86 – We’re not aware of any issues, many transactions do still seem to be tracking. I’ve just tested it myself and it does appear to have worked, so I’m not sure what to suggest I’m afraid.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

    Hi
All of my Sports Direct purchases have been tracked but none of them paid. As some are nearly a year old am I likely to get paid out on this?
    Thanks
