    I had aggro with that one, £50.
    I did my transaction in March 2011 and it paid out 2 weeks ago, so if you are April 2011 logically I'd expect February first half assuming they make a monthly payment to Quidco. Sounds like you had exactly the same hassle as me, not tracked, claimed and told it was approved etc. If Quidco have told you it's approved I'd personally trust their word as in incidences similar I've always got my cash (eventually!)

    @matt.d – i’m afraid i can’t comment on your particular transaction as i can’t view your account via this forum, however if you still have the support ticket open, can i ask you to contact them again on there? The quidcare team can then advise you of any progress that we’ve made.

    I've still not had any further update since the December 18th email from Dominic saying MORE THAN Home Insurance was being chased.

    Do I raise yet another claim?

    @vicx – This is completely fine. You can refer anyone that you wish! In regards to eBay, unfortunately they have now separated cashback into the four separate categories, so they will now only be paying cashback on these particular categories.

    @shaftingham – I do completely understand your concern and usually we do remove non-paying retailers after such a length time. However, we have been in regular contact with them and they have agreed to pay the outstanding amount to us, it is just taking a lot of chasing from us to obtain the payment from them.

    @EDISON41 – I’m glad to hear that you have raised a support ticket as we can certainly keep an eye on this for you now. We are expecting a payment very soon, I believe, but the Quidcare Administration Team will certainly keep you updated with this, and will let you know as soon as they have any further information.

    @CashFortune – All seems to be working fine for us here – can you clarify which browser you are using?

    @Matt.D – We can certainly take a look into it for you, are you able to reply to the support ticket that you currently have open?

  • Hi new to Quidco so bare with me, I bought a £300 TV from ASDA Direct about an hour ago and I just recieved an email from quidco informing me that my cash back was tracking however the purchase amount is showing at £249 which is £50 less than what it should be?

    @IceColdRum – Welcome to Quidco! I can certainly explain this for you. The majority of retailers on Quidco and indeed all other cashback sites won’t pay cashback on VAT or delivery charges, so these will be deducted from the total cost.

  • Hi. Is anyone else having long standing issues receiving cashback? Two particular instances I have are with Halfords and B&Q instore purchases. I've got 5 items more than 10 months old.

    I don't rely on the Cashback, but shouldn't Quidco say either way whether these are going to be honoured or not?

    It just seems a ridiculous amount of time to wait.
