hi,
Dont know where to post this.
i had an email from quidco saying that my email address has been changed.
Tried to login with no luck. tried to reset my password but it said that my email address couldnt be found on the data base.
seems like my account has been hacked. was expecting a fair bit of cashback from all my shopping!
have send quidco 3 emails but have not had a response.
any suggestions? has this happened to anyone else?
thanks0 -
Good afternoon,
@clare64 – I’m afraid a lot of our in-store cashback retailers are behind at the moment, however if you contact the Quidcare Team they can certainly look into this for you.
@sharalee99 – Don’t worry, it sounds like you were trying to raise an untracked claim, but as your purchase has already tracked this won’t apply. I can see that Credit Expert are currently taking around four months to confirm cashback from the date of your purchase – so it should be coming through this month.
@patricbose – That is very worrying. Are you able to send details of this to members@quidco.com? If you could provide your email address, your full name on the account and username, I’ll look into this straight away for you.
Have a great weekend everyone!
Many thanks,

Hi Quidco rep,
I am registered on Quidco with the username H_kan
I purchased an iphone from Three with the £109 cashback offer on the oneplan in November 2011.
The purchase tracked on Quidco and was declined a few days later. I raised the 'declined appeal' and was sent a message from 'Rosie' on 6/12/11 but signed off 'Dominic- head of customer services' which I'm assuming is you? The message said the claim was being held 21 days and Quidco would advise when it had been sent.
I have heard nothing since.
Having read around, it would appear there are numerous problems with Three. I followed all guidelines and was using a pretty new laptop and freshly downloaded browser with cookies enabled etc.
Please could you advise what is happening, as the cashback is for a sizeable amount.
Thanks.0 -

@Kittenkirst – I can certainly explain this for you. As the missing amount is £5, it is very likely that your yearly admin fee has been taken. To double check, go to your Activity Summary tab on your account, and it should show whether the £5 for that year has been retained.
Many thanks,
Rosie
Hi, sorry its not £5 thats missing its £1.48: which now staes paid but i received £5 only,
ThanksFirst home- Oct’16 until June’21: £170.995- Overpayments made £13,784 (25% extra!).
New forever home- Sep’21 £309,449 @ 2.05%. Plan to clear it before 30 years!!!!!!0 -
Good morning,
I hope you've all had a nice (and snowy!) weekend.
@H_kan – Don’t worry, we have had a slight issue over the past few weeks in which the emails informing you that the claim has been sent off haven’t been sending. However, your claim has been sent off to the retailer, and as soon as we receive a response from them your claim will be updated with their response.
@Kittenkirst – It could still be the case that this amount was taken towards the admin fee. However, if you contact the Quidcare Team they can certainly confirm this for you.
Many thanks,

Dear Quidco Company Representative
I signed up to Aviva for Home Insurance through Quidco in January - the pop-up on your site said it tracked, yet it hasn't shown in my account. I have raised a claim and would have hoped that it would at least now be showing as tracked - yet I have recieved an email saying that with this company they don't entertain queries for 100 days.
I appreciate that they are trying to protect against people taking out insurance, receiving the cashback then cancelling (hence the increase in validation over recent years), but surely they/you could confirm at least whether it has tracked correctly? At £65 cashback it will be infuriating if I wait 100 days and then they claim it didn't even track - all well and good for them after they have all my £260 premiums (paid up front!). Your site has and does show 100% tracked - I cannot see how that is possible as I had two transactions with them last month and neither tracked (different computers, two weeks apart) - people rely on these stats to make a purchase decision yet it appears from this thread that I and others have not experienced the 100% tracking.
I have had a lot of cashback from yourselves and others, and with Aviva I purchased immediately from the Quidco landing page on the Aviva site, therefore I know there isn't an issue with my browser/computer set up.
Many thanks

Good afternoon,
@Anon - I'm sorry to hear that your transaction didn't track, although I am glad to hear that you've raised a claim for it as we now have record of it on our system.
When a purchase fails to track, do be assured that this doesn't necessarily mean that the cashback won't be paid - there are various factors that can cause cashback not to track. We wouldn't be able to confirm whether the purchase would be approved or not until we receive a response to the claim, but then again, this is the same for all transactions, whether tracked or untracked. Just because a purchase tracks, this doesn't necessarily mean that it will be paid either. In the unlikely event that your cashback is declined, and you believe this to be incorrect, we will always investigate further for you wherever possible.
In regards to the statistics, I'm very sorry about that. The statistics are generated automatically from transactions so there is obviously a technical issue somewhere, although it doesn't seem to have affected other retailers. I have reported this to our technical team so we can have it rectified straight away.
I've also asked them to have a look into Aviva tracking to see if there may have been a problem in January.
Many thanks,
