  • @Kitch71 – There are several factors that can cause cashback to fail to track, and it is usually due to your browser settings, or your security software settings. What can happen is your security software/browser can sometimes block the access of the affiliate networks (who track and process your cashback), causing a failure in tracking.

We do have a useful guide, that should explain the necessary steps you can take to ensure that your purchases do track, although regrettably we can never guarantee 100% tracking.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

    Good morning,

@sweetpeas – Sorry about that, I must’ve missed your post! The percentage is worked out from the total holiday amount, minus any taxes, surcharges or additional costs.

@retireddi – Admittedly they are quite far behind at the moment, but our Administration Team are chasing them up on a daily basis. If you haven’t already, can you please raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team, and this will allow us to keep you updated every few weeks until the cashback arrives.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

  • I did a trial with Equifax on 22/2/11 with £12 cashback which I have chased a couple of times. I just get told that Quidco is on the case and I'll hear as soon as it comes through. Its been almost a year. What on earth is the problem?

    Good morning,

@cantcope – Sorry to hear that, I believe we are working on Halifax claims at the moment so it may be taking a little longer than expected. If you raise a support ticket and put “FAO Rosie” in the ticket, I will personally be happy to take a look into this for you.

@blue-eyes1955 – That is a very long time to be waiting, I’m so sorry about that. As above, can you please raise a support ticket and put FAO Rosie on the message, and I can certainly find out where the hold up is for you.

    Have a great weekend everyone!

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

    Hi,

I'm so sorry that this is taking longer than expected.

I've looked at your purchase in your Quidco account and I would like our Quidcare Administration Team to take a look at this for you.

As part of our ongoing efforts to further improve our service to our customers, we have introduced this new team and part of their role is to investigate delays and resolve them with the retailers and their networks as quickly as possible, as we don't like you to wait any longer than necessary for your cashback wherever possible.

I'm going to forward your query to them and they will contact you directly within the next 2 weeks after looking into your issue.

    Kind regards,

    Jamie

  • Hi Rosie,

I made 4 purchases through Quidco, Carphone Warehouse back in June 11. It was pre loaded sim cards for the kids going back to uni in september. 2 tracked (at wrong amount, but that wasn't a problem) and 2 didn't track! I raised a claim for the 2 that didn't track, and got a message in september (2011) that the claim was approved, and Quidco were awaiting cashback. I raised a query in December 2011, was told that someone would get back to me in 3 weeks, got a message off Jules last month saying she was hopeful it would be paid in feb (2012) then got an update from Jamie yesterday advising me that Quidco were doing further investigations..... Not sure what investigations, as the claims were approved back in September??? So am not sure what the problem is?
