@K_P83 – You can try to raise the claim for it now, although there may be a time limit restriction in place that may not allow you to raise it until the full 60 days have passed.
I have just now submitted a claim.

When going through the claim procedure, there were a few dates & times available from the drop down.
The one i selected was " 19 Jan 2012 18:01:46", however there was also one listed for the exact same date, but at "18:00:xx".

I'm not sure which one i should've selected. I selected 18:01:46 as it was the closest to the accurate time - because when i went through the application & got the OLA, i took a screen shot of the page, which states "18:06".

I also have 2 email addresses & supplied the one i think i used. It's certainly the one that is linked to my Santander account.

I hope i have selected properly. I have certainly given the correct OLA reference number which i hope is the main piece of information Quidco require, so hopefully i'll receive my cashback.

This is also the 3rd time i've joined for something listed on Quidco, only for the cashback to be raised shortly after (the offer is now £20). This also happened with Santander (put in for £45 & then the following day the cashback was raised to £75). There was also another one which i forget.

What i dont get about 888poker is that Quidco continues to promote them when they are having problems. After doing the qualifying transaction in April 2011, i waited until November to chase it. I was told its been approved by 888 and to wait.
A Quidco rep contacted me 1st week of January, told to wait, and now i've been told they are still trying to resolve it in mid February. So can i suggest to Quidco, that they do a Paddy McGuiness, ie ' no fundy. no advertisy'....and pull their promotion of 888 until they sort themselves out.
  • Don't worry, I got my 888.com a few weeks ago from March 6 2011, after being told my claim had been approved several months earlier. You'll get it - eventually.;)

I don't think that's the point the poster was making though. Quidco clearly have problems with some retailers but still continue to use and promote them on the site.

I've had claims in for JackpotJoy, Bingo Magix and Rogers Bingo since last October and i've seen absolutely no activity at all. I've had a claim in for Santander since September and, to be fair, I've had a few updates on that one.

At least TopCashBack has a review and rating system that lets you see people's experiences with each retailer. Quidco seem happy to labour under the pretense that you'll basically "get it eventually".

Quidco what is going on with your Sky tv offers? One minute they are £50 cashback, the next £110 for the same package then £50 again! I ordered sky with £110 cashback (I took a screenshot as I always do for bigger cashback offers, it's not a with broadband package with split cashback payout), it's tracked at £50 (I have contacted support who are looking into it), very odd!

I also have small cineworld transactions dating back to July 2011 that haven't moved in months?

    Good afternoon,

I hope you've all had a lovely weekend!

@vernall , Wesker – I’m afraid we are still waiting for the payment from Post Office, although we are expecting an update this week with some hopefully good news. If you haven’t already, please raise a support ticket so we are able to keep you updated with this at every stage.

@andrea_louise – I’m sorry to hear that, it does sound like you’re having a bit of trouble with the transactions and I can certainly take a look into it to see if there’s anything further I can advise. Can you please confirm for me your Quidco UserID to allow me to take a look? If you don’t want to post on here, can I ask you to send this to members@quidco.com.

@Hansi – If you raise a support ticket for this we can certainly take a look into it for you to see if there is a problem somewhere.

@K_P83 – Don’t worry, generally retailers will only go off the date of the click through rather than the specific time, as we do realise it can be difficult to get the exact time correct if there’s several click throughs.

Santander mainly trace the account via the OLA number, so as long as this is correct I wouldn’t worry!

@EDISON41 – I do understand your points with this, and we do generally pull offers/retailers if it looks like they aren’t going to pay, however do note that sometimes delays can be down to the affiliate networks rather than the retailer. Sometimes the retailers may have passed on payments to the network, but the delay is due to the processing on the network’s side. This is why we can’t always pull offers, as a lot of the time the retailer will be honouring the cashback and they will be working as hard as we are to ensure that payments are made, as quickly as possible.

@jasonwatkins – We are currently working on a new ‘Merchant Reviews’ section that we are hoping to launch very soon, as we do understand that this will help greatly in terms of being able to determine how quick or reliable a retailer is.

@mum26 – They do just keep changing the offers rather frequently, unfortunately! Because of this, the tracking can sometimes fail to update, causing your cashback to track incorrectly. If you haven’t already, can I ask you to raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team and we can ensure that you get the correct amount of cashback you are owed. Similarly, we can also look into your Cineworld transactions as these are now delayed.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie

Quidco does it again, why do I use you? I bought an apple mac when the £100 offer was on 29/12. It tracked I collected at store....guess what it was declined what a suprise.
Don't put your trust into an Experian score - it is not a number any bank will ever use & it is generally a waste of money to purchase it. They are also selling you insurance you dont need.

Hi Rosie, thankyou for your message on my account yesterday, do I need to reply to jamie's message (essentially asking me to repeat every bit of information I had clearly already given in the message he was responding to) or shall I just leave it to the account admin team now? Thanks again x

    Good morning,

@chanz4 - I'm afraid as we don't decline any purchases ourselves we have no control over this, although I am sorry to hear that your cashback has been declined. If you contact the Quidcare Team they can advise you further on this.

@mum26 - If you have already provided all the details you shouldn't have to provide them again, I apologise for any inconvenience this may have caused. If the Admin Team are already chasing then this is fine, and they can keep you updated at every stage of the process.

    Many thanks,

    Rosie
