Hi,
Yesterday I went via quidco for a Virgin holiday booking which I paid the £350 deposit on.
I'm wanting to know if the cashback % is worked out on the amount paid in the original booking or the total holiday amount?

I applied for Santander 123 Credit Card via Quidco for £15 cashback .... on 19th Jan 2012.
As per T&Cs, Saturday 18th Feb is the final day for this to track - it's still not showing as tracked.
So i have to wait until Saturday passes, or should i put in a claim for this now, as it's clearly not going to track without a claim?0 -
Thanks Quidco, my last gripe now out of the way, BidRivals paid today after 11 months! Now all my queries sorted, and just awaiting correctly tracked payments in the future from reputable merchants, so my first Quidco year comes to an end with a 100% transaction-payment record...
(Unlike TCB where I have 4 outstanding claims and non-trackers including one appeal over a declined cashback where the info I supplied for the claim is indisputable.)

Mind you having said that, I've checked my Virgin FTSE tracker cashback and it states "100% paid within 180 days + payment speed 8 months" (contradictory!)
Tomorrow is my 8 months' anniversary of this tracking and still not received it, so this clearly is inaccurate.

I am still having problems with my PCworld cashback from May 2011 !!!
it states tracked , and thats how its been since May 2011
I asked for help from you , here a few months ago , you advised me to message Quidcocare,
I did this , i had a reply saying you would investigate , but then another message saying , glad we could help and the quidco support officer closed it all back in November 2011, yet asking to raise another query for each query ??? why is this ??/

I have made 3 recent purchases via Quidco and not one of them have tracked or shown in my activity. In fact there is no evidence in my account I can find, that I have made a purchase at all!! (Netflix & Lovefilm, the 3rd one was Quotemehappy that has finally been tracked nearly 3 months later)
This is very disconcerting considering 2 of the 3 suggested that they were 97% or higher tracked with in 3/5 days.
I am thinking could there be something my end causing this to happen every time I make a purchase? Although I am very careful to turn off any ad-blockers or anti script apps I have installed on Firefox... Or maybe I am very unlucky as I know other people who had no such problems with their orders on the same offers!
So my question is, should there be some sort of record on my account after I make an order? If so should this show immediately regardless of tracking or after the 5 days, for example? If there is no evidence on my account after 5 days should I raises a claim as suggested on the website or wait a few more days to see if it pops up?
I am not too keen on raising a claim as it always seems to take the longest time possible due to the retailer's minimum waiting period but it does seem I will have to do this every time I use Quidco.
I will be grateful for a clarification on this, thanks very much.0 -

@K_P83 – You can try to raise the claim for it now, although there may be a time limit restriction in place that may not allow you to raise it until the full 60 days have passed.
@shaftingham – That’s great to hear! I’m glad we can draw a line under those delays for you now. It may take a little while to come through on occasion, but we will always strive to get you 100% of the cashback that you are eligible for.
It sounds like Virgin Money may be a little behind at the moment, however the statistics will update once payments have been confirmed, to reflect how long it has taken. I believe we have just had a payment for May 2011, so June should hopefully be arriving with the next batch of payments.
@cbrpaul – Oh dear, that doesn’t sound right! Sorry about that. Can I ask you to raise another support ticket and put FAO Rosie at the top of the message, and I will personally take a look into this for you.
@Kitch71 – There are several factors that can cause cashback to fail to track, and it is usually due to your browser settings, or your security software settings. What can happen is your security software/browser can sometimes block the access of the affiliate networks (who track and process your cashback), causing a failure in tracking.
We do have a useful guide here, that should explain the necessary steps you can take to ensure that your purchases do track, although regrettably we can never guarantee 100% tracking.
