Just to update on my Sky claim - the money has now come through and the Quidco staff were very helpful, even if the process took ages (at Sky's end)!0

@K_P83 – It’s a good sign that the transaction has tracked, and usually the cashback should uplift to the correct amount once you have been approved. In regards to a reference number, don’t worry, as we don’t require this anymore to investigate cases, should anything go wrong with it. If your transaction is still tracking at £0 once you have been approved, can I ask you to raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team to allow them to look into this for you?
I have ditched the application now. Got a reply from the PO saying they want a few forms which i don't have a problem with. They also want me to send out either my passport or driving licence ..... via the prepaid standard 1st class envelope.
Sorry but i will NOT be sending out something like that via standard first class. I don't like sending them through the post full stop.
They should've provided an option to go to your nearest PO with these forms, get them witnessed, stamped as as supplied & then you send off this stamped form saying that you took the items to a post office & had them witnessed.
So looks like no £50 for me.0 -
All OK at the moment except still waiting for BidRivals 10 1/2 months on from purchase! Incidentally, TCB always put up information telling when they last received a payment from each retailer, and which month it pertains to, i.e. 'Sky December 2011 for transactions in August 2011'.
WHEN did Quidco last receive BidRivals?UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0 -
Good afternoon,
@shaftingham - I believe we last received a payment from Bid Rivals in June 2011, so there is still a large amount of transactions outstanding, unfortunately. We are still on the case for you, and we are actually hoping for an update some time this month, hopefully along with a payment.
Have a great weekend everyone.

Hi, I can't see anything in the Quidco T&C's regarding referring a family member who lives at the same address. Is this allowed?
ETA: Can I still earn cashback on all eBay purchases as I noticed the eBay page on Quidco has changed to separate catergories.. electronics, fashion outlet, home & garden and ebay motors.A home without a dog is like a flower without petals.0 -

This month? There's only 4 days left so I doubt it. SURELY if an affiliate/retailer regularly takes over 6 months to settle or update it's payments whereas most do it monthly then it should be removed from the site? This must cause you problems as well as alienating your members.UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0 -

Yeah I noticed that but the 4 categories you mention cover almost everything on eBay. What I did was browse Ebay for the items I wanted, and noted the main category at the top of the listing which is the first one in the flow chart leading to your item's sub-category.
Then I logged out, cleared cookies and logged back in via cashback and pressed the appropriate link for each item and purchased it. Everything tracked OK.UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0 -
Can i ask, how long 888poker are going to be paying their cashback? I did my qualifying transaction in April 2011, i quieried it in November and i was told that it had been approved by 888poker, but Quidco were still waiting. A member of customer support then emailed me to say things were in hand...well its almost February now...when will the cash move from hand into my bank account?0

Took out insurance policy in July of last year, finally updated as declined. This purchase was made completely online through Quidco, so i cant understand why its declined. Is it a con? as funnily enough the year before the same thing happened with Morethan , getting a bit fed up with it now.0

Hey guys, I got a different problem, I can't access Quidco from my PC/Laptop. I think it's your website that needs to be updated with current browser version? Because I can access it with my Phone. Tried on 4 browser on two machines and quidco doesn't load properly. (pictures missing and empty rectangular etc appear.)
Or is it just me?
€: It's working fine now, but I'm sure it won't work in a few hours :-/0
