@littlejaffa – I’ve never heard of a click-through disappearing so this does sound strange. If you also email me I will investigate.
All my details (and pm add) are in my post below - there's nothing further I need to email you (also you don't give your email address).
Part of my query was if anyone had an email add for Quidco (there used to be one on the website i'm sure, but it's gone).Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.

........In the era of e-mail, instant communications and PC's 6-12 months to resolve a claim (or not!) of something as simple as either being paid, or given a reason not to be paid by a retailer simply DOES NOT WASH!:mad::mad:
Always makes me suspicious when it's an online company and they don't give any direct email (preferred) or even phone number for contact.
When the only option is to follow their 'click here if you want to give us all your money/have your time wasted etc' its not good.
The very idea the only way to actually contact a person from Quidco is via a free site like this - that you have to accidentally happen upon (it's not like Quidco advertise this is where to find them) is utter madness also.
Rant over - i'm back to finding a new cashback site :rotfl:Don’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.

What is going on with eBay, only about 50% of my purchases are tracking. It seems totally random what does and does not across 3 different computers using a mix of IE and FF. 5 claims in the past month, I know it is usually only pennies but it is the principle :mad:0

Good morning,
@littlejaffa - I’m sorry, I can’t deal with individual queries on this public forum. To be fair, I actually did provide my email address (that’s the official complaints email address for Quidco too, as I’m their Service & Quality Manager). Please see the top of my post in which I responded to your own post. It’s juliewells@quidco.com. As I say, I’m happy to help personally if you contact me by email but I’m afraid that posting on this forum doesn’t replace our normal customer contact procedure, which means using our contact form on our help page.
@molerat. At the moment eBay are successfully tracking 98% of all purchases, so that is a high level of tracking failure for you. You do need to make sure you’re clearing all cookies and flash cookies when clicking through to eBay though.
Kind regards,

Quidco used to be good a few years ago, but over the last year or so has gone very much downhill.
Looks like Quidco is still creaming money off payments.
I had the following transactions showing in my account as 'Confirmed' before the last payment run a few days ago, which are now 'Paid'.
Tesco £5.00 'Paid' 15 Aug 11
SportsDirect (instore) 0.48 'Paid' 15 Aug 11
PhoneRecyclebank.com £3.00 'Paid' 15 Aug 11
PhoneRecycleBank.com £3.00 'Paid' 15 Aug 11
The total of £11.48 was showing 'confirmed' in my account as due to be paid in the next run.
I have now received the quidco payment in my bank account, and they have only paid me £6.48.
Looks like they have now creamed £5 from me on the last payment run - as it WAS showing as 'PAID' - therefore should now be in my account with the other 'PAID' transactions.
I just hope they don't 'cream' on the next payment run as I have Ceasars cashback that I have waited months to be confirmed - I will be taking screen shots of this.
No doubt this post will be removed like my last one at the beginning of this year about the same subject.I Hate Jobsworths!!!0 -
£5 deduction is probably the annual membership fee?0

Hi Quidco, any news on prepaymania at all? Thanks xx0

Hi there - Only just found this thread which is great as I find it impossible to contact someone through the Quidco site. I wondered if someone could help with a couple of queries.
1. Q328561467 T-Mobile £80 DECLINED on 26th June. I have no idea why and raised a claim but have heard nothing, it now looks as if it is closed.
2. 1702244 Tesco Bank Life Insurance £50 - claim raised on 26th May. You then asked for my DOB which I gave but have heard nothing since.
I know cashback is not always guaranteed but that was one of the things that attrracted me to these deals. ThanksIf life gives you lemons, make lemonade.;)0 -

Good morning,
@fuzzgun19 – the £5 will most likely be the £5 annual amount that we have always retained towards the running of the site and you can see this in the summary tab on your My Quidco page. If you need further advice, please contact the Quidcare Team via the following question in the contact form on our help page:
I have cashback in confirmed status. Why has Quidco not paid me?
Also, Caesar’s cashback is paid to date for transactions now, so if that hasn’t yet appeared as confirmed in your activity page, please mention that to the Quidcare Team as well and they will investigate for you.
@dippynina – I’m sorry to hear you’re having problems. Please contact the Quidcare Team by clicking on the question below in our contact form on the help page, and go on to raise a support message to them about both of your claims. They’ll be able to help.
Why hasn't my cashback claim updated to confirmed yet?
@mum26 – I’ve checked with our payments team and they are paid up to mid May transactions. If you made your purchase prior to then, please contact the Quidcare Team and mention in your support message that I have advised they need to look into it for you. If your purchase was made since that date, your payment should arrive within the next month or so. I hope that this has helped. If you do contact the Quidcare Team please do so via the question below in the contact form on our help page:
Why hasn't my cashback updated to confirmed yet?
