It’s what we’re here for after all, and it goes to show that although cashback make take longer than expected sometimes (and claims of course drag it out further!) we do what we promise we’re doing and work to ensure you get your payments. Don’t spend it all at once!
Kind regards,

:TMany thanks Jules - Thought id post some positive news on here as i know lots of people that have never had any problems with Quidco yet sometimes reading this thread you could be lead to believe Quidco never pay out!:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21

hi i opened up a quidco account ( i'm an oap and new to all this) and did the post office credit card £50 offer. it says it's tracked but quidco have said they're withholding payment for account verification purposes. when i click on the contact quidcare link and ask" i have cashback in confirmed status, why had quidco not paid me" it says "At the moment you don’t have any cashback with ‘confirmed’ status, which means that we haven’t received anything for you yet.
You can find more help by clicking on "I have cashback in confirmed status. Why has Quidco not paid me?" . so that doesn't help in any way as that was what i'd clicked in the first place. and i can't seem to find a way to ask what i want. i'm really confused about it and have no idea now when and if i'm getting the money - help!0 -
Hi,
I'm in a pickle. None of my June/July purchases tracked, at all. Now I've missed my window for claiming as I have only just had internet restored after moving house. Is there any way I can put in cashback claims? I am literally THREE DAYS over the limit for 7 weeks for £90 off Vodafone.
No option to solve this on the website.
Thanks in advanceDisgruntled saver (hating low interest rates) who LOVES a good survey and a freebie!

I posted this elsewhere and was suggested i try here in the hope of a reply - can anyone help?
Recently i logged in, clicked through, and ordered stuff via quicdo.
I checked the next day to see if it had tracked - it hadn't but my ct was showing, and the blurb said give it 3 days - so i went back in 3 days - the ct had disapeared and the automatic query procedure of quidco tells me if the ct isn't showing i can't have been logged in so it's tough.
i was 100% sure i was logged in and the ct was showing the following day but i let it go.
well it's happened again - and i cannot find anythere that lets me contact quidco about it - it's all these irritating if you want to know this click here things, that end in it saying if the ct isn't showing i wasn't logged in.
i know i was and i know the ct showed the next day.
does anyone have an email or contact for quidco - i've been with them for years but am seriously tempted to move over to tcb after this stupidityDon’t ask what the world needs. Ask what makes you come alive, and go do it.

The Quidco rep will reply to your complaint - She usually posts here between Monday to Friday:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21

I have used quidco for a few years without any problems. However, 3 out of my 4 last purchases £185 with holiday autos, £96 with Rail Europe and £50 with Airparks have not tracked and I have needed to raise a claim.
I still have a claim outstanding that was raised in December 2010.
I'm not certain if it's worth the bother anymore.0 -
This is my whole point about cashback sites. The sheer nonsensical time it takes to resolve issues and claims. If you stop purchasing through them you end up with stagnant accounts, like mine, with a few older purchases that are tracked, and old claims with an interminable delay before anything happens to them, if at all. Any enquiries you make are met with prescripted responses like 'we are chasing them up for you blah blah...'
Obviously Quidco and their retailers use smoke signals for communication, and take 6 weeks to reply to each other with a choice of prescripted smoke signals none of which actually answers a question or resolves an issue. At the end of the day, the cashslack site always has the get-out clause 'some retailers may decline without a reason blur blur and or not explain why...'
We only have the cashslack's site's word for that, and if that IS the case why do they allow the retailer in question to continue using the service once it is apparent the retailer is a shyster. thus bring more and more frustrated punters like us into the matter???
In the era of e-mail, instant communications and PC's 6-12 months to resolve a claim (or not!) of something as simple as either being paid, or given a reason not to be paid by a retailer simply DOES NOT WASH!:mad::mad:UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0 -
Good morning,
I hope you all had a good weekend.
@brian71m - Welcome to Quidco. Don’t worry; it can be a little confusing at first. If your cashback is at tracked status, it’s not been confirmed yet, and I’m not sure what you mean by Quidco withholding cashback for verification purposes. If you write to me at juliewells@quidco.com I’ll be happy to take a look at this for you and give you some guidance on how cashback works.
@luisa1981 – Retailers are strict about this but if you also email me I will see what I can do on this occasion.
@littlejaffa – I’ve never heard of a click-through disappearing so this does sound strange. If you also email me I will investigate.
@CashSaver – the tracking is carried out by the affiliate networks used by the retailers to process their cashback and other affiliate business. If you are having widespread tracking problems there could be a problem with your browser settings. Please be sure to clear ALL cookies prior to every log in to Quidco and don’t open any other windows during your purchase. This should help. As regards your old claim, if you contact the Quidcare Team on the contact form and use the following question they will be able to advise you:
Why hasn't my cashback claim updated to confirmed yet?
Kind regards,
