Good morning,
Re: Carphone Warehouse Lebrara free SIM – All of these have been declined by CPW for some reason. There has clearly been an error and we’ve asked them to process all of the transactions again as quickly as possible. At the moment, if this affects you, there is no need to raise a cashback claim as we’re hoping to get this resolved without a need for one.
@Watto1990 – I’m afraid that an estimate is just that, and not a promise, in view of the rest of my previous, full response to you. The stats on our site are based on average payment times of payments we’ve received over the last 12 months from that particular retailer.
As regards your membership fee, we only take this from cashback you’ve received.
The £0 amount doesn’t sound right, though. As I can’t address individual transactions on here, please email me at juliewells@quidco.com, making sure to include your Quidco username, and I will happily take a look at this for you.
@Poolie – We will definitely apply the payments as soon as we receive them, as we know how long customers have been waiting for these.
@fallen angel 69 – I’m very sorry to hear that you’ve had this problem with declined cashback. Cashback is actually declined by the retailer and not by Quidco, though. You don’t give the reason that AA gave for their decision but a reason should have been provided on your declined claim.
We don’t like cashback to be declined either. Quidco wouldn’t exist if all cashback was declined, after all. We will send your claim to RAC and hopefully they will overturn their decision to decline, or at least give us a reason for their decision. Unfortunately, if a retailer declines to pay us the commission for the sale we have nothing to pass on to you.
@MDstalker. It’s not a case of Quidco refusing to investigate. Vodafone do not accept cashback claims for their free SIM offer at all, and this is an industry-wide policy for them. As I say, we do make that clear on their page so that our customers can make an informed decision when applying for the free SIM.
Kind regards,

Though it was important to post the following as sometimes people are quick to complain but not so quick to post about successful cashback claims with Quidco!
Over the past 10 weeks i have recieved almost £200 cashback from Quidco - Of these payments there were many which did not intially track and i raised a claim for and after reading so many messages on here was never really hopeful of getting anything however successful claims have included LoveFilm [£15], WHSmith, Affordable Mobiles, Boots etc, - Just waiting for the outcome of a T-Mobile claim too but i have to say say im impressed that these have been sorted out:T:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21

Hi Jules,
Good to hear there is some movement. As the network are sending the payments through can you ensure these are prioritised for application to the account in time for the 15th August. This has taken since December (over 8 months) for this situation to be resolved.
I notice that High Street Web have paid up, But still no sign of Old New Vista payments??0 -
Hopefully they get applied in the next day or so as I am still £10-15 down at the moment. Although good to see the payments will be paid out on the 15th of the month.0

Good for you Morrisons employee, wish I could say the same for Nokia, 888Poker, Bidrivals that total £91 and have been claimed since early March and nothing has moved 5 months later.
I hope one day I can post a success story like yourself on here. like you i agree that it's disingenuous just to post the bad stuff, and I look forward sometime in the next decade to telling you all of MY claim successes.........UK Consumers: The Gift That Keeps On Giving......0 -

My claims all took 7+ months to become confirmed and payable - I also raised a T-Mobile claim in March that i am waiting to hear about.
Hope yours get sorted out soon too:):dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21

Good morning,
The great news is that we have received a High Street Web payment which covers transactions up to Mid March. They will catch up with the rest and bring them up to date during August. The network concentrated on HSW for you as regards the free clicks sites and they are now clearing New Vista so we expect that to also be brought fully up to date during August and September.
@MorrisonsEMployee – thanks for this feedback, we love to hear it. It’s what we’re here for after all, and it goes to show that although cashback make take longer than expected sometimes (and claims of course drag it out further!) we do what we promise we’re doing and work to ensure you get your payments. Don’t spend it all at once!
Kind regards,

Hi,i am very frustrated with Quidco,i regards to an LV life insurance transaction dating back to April 2010 worth £130 cashback. This initially tracked quickly, sat at tracked for 6 months, then declined,a claim reinstated my cashback in December 2010 and that was the last movement with the cashback.I have numerous conversations with Quidco support, being told things like,''At the moment this is only a slight delay as your cashback was approved on 18 December which means we would usually expect your payment to be confirmed no later than 18 April 2011''.......this was on 26th April. Then on 8th June ''please be assured that our payment team is already chasing this outstanding for you and we hope to gain an update as soon as possible''.I do believe that 16 months waiting for £130 cashback is disgraceful and Quidco could and should do more than sit back and wait for the affiliate network to just pay up when they feel like it....if at all.Shame on Quidco.0

I really feel for you Borofan ! you must be "the winner" in the longest waiting person for cashback ! 16 months is a terrible amount of time to wait ! I am only at 204 days wait for Ceasars Casino which is nothing compared to you !, what I can not understand is why some people have been paid out and others have not ???....I wish you the best of luck, dont give up !0
