Hi Jules
Is there a problem with the new Apple Mac Store in terms of tracking? I have used the iTunes cashback link many times when downloading from my PC and have recently started using the Apple Mac one via the iPhone Quidco app when downloading when out and about - So far i have had to submit 3 cashback claims due to non-tracking and have a further 3 to submit!:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21

Also i have a T-Mobile outstanding claim which i submitted on March 31st - Do you have any idea how long this could possibly take?:dance:Quidco Payments In 2011 - £724.21

Hey Quidco Rep.
I have an outstanding £50 which tracked as a Virgin Credit Card from January 2011. It was actually for Life Insurance via Virgin which my OH took out.
Can you chase this up for me please as 6+ months seems a bit excessive.
PM me if you need further information
Thanks

Good morning,
@ilovecubbage – The vast majority of eBay transactions do track but I can certainly understand how annoying it is if your own do not, especially as you have to raise a missing cashback claim for each one. It’s important to clear all eBay cookies (and also Flash Cookies) before signing in to Quidco to pay for your purchase. This should help.
@MorrisonsEmployee – I’m sorry about this. We got an add-on for tracking with the app from Apple’s network last month and there are some tracking problems. We’re talking to them to get it sorted out, but in the meantime I’m afraid it’s a case of raising cashback claims for now. We’ll resolve it soon, hopefully.
As regards your T-Mobile claim, I’m not able to investigate that on here for you, but cashback claims do take a while for the retailers and their networks to deal with, as the process is very much a manual one. However, if you select the question - Why hasn't my cashback claim updated to confirmed yet? - in the contact form on our help page you’ll get an answer specific to your claim and if you still need further advice you’ll be able to contact the Quidcare Team via a link in the answer.
@wackojackouk – actually, we have had a few problems with this. Virgin have been tracking quite a few like this. Due to their long validation period (6 months) they’re only just getting round to processing the cashback. The problem is that they have been declining quite a few of them as well, which we think may be due to their network having tracked them incorrectly in the first place. If this happens we will need to raise a claim for you. You won’t be able to do this yourself due to the time that’s elapsed, so if this happens, don’t worry, simply email your full name, post code, date of birth and Virgin account number to me at juliewells@quidco.com and I’ll be happy to sort it out for you.
I hope you all have a great weekend.
Kind regards,

Hi - I have been trying to find a way to contact quidco on their site re tracked but not paid out cashback from budget and avis (same company). I cant seem to find a way through as the email system wants me to choose a question, but the question i want to ask is not there, so I cannot get through.
The question is:
I have booked budget/avis hire cars through quidco on a weekly basis since Nov 2010 and only a tiny proportion of the cashback has been paid. The last payment was in 2010. This is now adding up to a substantial amount of cashback what can be done to get them to pay.

What's going on with the quidco website. I have been unable to load the page on either FF5 or IE9 on my laptop, and it also wont load on Safari on my iPhone/iPad.
I can use the quidco App (wanted to check whether a purchase had tracked) but not the actual site.
I had hoped it was just a temporary outage but this has been going on for two weeks now. Any idea when the fault is gonna be fixed? No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30 -

Good morning,
@babybeany – it does sound as if we need to have a good look at this for you. The best thing for you to do is to select the question below. There will be a link to go through to the Quidcare Team via a support message. Please mention all the purchases in your support message.
Why hasn't my cashback updated to confirmed yet?
@1drunkbrit – I can appreciate your frustration but we’re not aware of any issues with the site at all. I use Firefox with no problem. Others I know use IE9. It sounds as if your browsers are blocking our site in some way. Sorry I can’t help further with this but I can confirm all is working at this end.
@MorrisonsEmployee – you’re very welcome!

Thanks for getting back to me Jules but my flat mate id also having the same problem, but having done some more searching it looks like a fault with our ISP, Sky.
I've upgraded my laptop to FF5.0.1 & IE9.1 but still no joy (connection timed out), and tried my iPad & iPhone on the home network and both come up as "cannot open page". However, when I turn wifi off on my iPhone and try it over the 3G it loads so it looks like Sky is blocking access to Quidco! No Unapproved or Personal links in signatures please - FT30
