    @ffacoffipawb & @anna42hmr– We all share your frustration with this, and I’m afraid we haven’t yet had our payment from HSW. I can’t speak for other cashback sites but an issue like this would normally affect all cashback sites, as the delay is with their network, due to some recent restructure and processing issues. We have been chasing this tirelessly with them and we expect it to be received but I’m afraid that we can’t pay cashback until we receive it ourselves.

    @azza87 – I’m sorry you’re experiencing delays, as that’s not something we enjoy either. We have very little cashback outstanding from 2010 to be honest, and we’re already on the case and chasing up any older claims and transactions for you. If you use the contact form on our help page we will be able to advise you specifically, though, on the current position of your cashback and claims.

    That is very odd you say there is not much outstanding for 2010 as I have about £25 outstanding all due to the payment issues with High Street Web and Its My View and their old network.

    I know cashback is not guaranteed but £25 would be greatly welcomed. Quidco must have some idea of when these payments are going to be received or a guarantee from the network especially as others have pointed out that other cashback sites have received the payments from the network. I know you will not comment on other networks but it is starting to make Quidco's Network Affiliate and Payments Teams a little silly pushing on for incompetent.

    Hi Quidco !, well you have very "few" days left in the month now to finally get the Ceasars casino £55 cashback money money sorted (from January) well you did say the end of the month !, thats after saying various other times too but I hoped that finally it would be July !!.....are there any further updates ????

    @littlewren - I'm sorry to hear that your cashback has been declined. If you raise the cashback claim we will send it off to T-Mobile for you to try to get the decision overturned, or, at the very least to get a reason for the decline. In the total spent box you don't need enter a purchsae amount, as it's a flat rate. Simply enter a "1" for "1 purchase"and we'll take it from there. I hope that this has helped.

    @Poolie - We are sorry about this delay. The High Street Web payments are currently being addressed by their network. We actually met with them last week and they are giving this priority. They have had various staff and process changes at the network, which have been beyond our control. This has unfortunately caused delays in passing cashback on to us, but they are working with us to get this resolved for us as quickly as possible.

    @scampdog - Your post arrived just as I'd posted mine, Caesar's Bingo are also with the same network mentioned above. Again, they are doing their best to get the payments to us as quickly as possible. We had hoped they would be here by the end of this month but we are not sure yet that this will be the case.As soon as payment comes through we will of course apply it to the relevant Quidco accounts.

    I bought Tesco Life Insurance through Quidco which has yet to track - £50 cashback and a £50 Tesco giftcard after 3 months. I raised a query within a few days and have had to answer a few messages from Quidco Support confirming date of birth etc. but still no update as to its status. It is now past the 3 months and I am just wondering if there is any word as I note from another thread that there has been a problem with people making false applications.

    Jules I wonder if you can help, I posted this question sometime ago, you were away and your colleage posted a reply for me, but I'm no further forward still, I wonder if you can help, I took out AA break down a year ago, it was wrongly declines then out of the blue in MARCH this year I had the message from quidco below. Great I thought! But it's still not been paid, I have gone through support and just keep being told you are awaiting payment, I've asked if someone can take it up for me with the AA and told I just have to wait. Joules I would really appreciate it if you could find out why it's not been paid still as now coming to 4 months since your message to me. It's for £21.

    You may be aware we recently arranged for this to be returned to The AA for checking again, as we had concerns about the amount of cashback queries they had declined recently.

    Following lots of communication between all involved parties I am pleased to say the cashback has now been approved. We need to allow The AA and their affiliate network time to process the relevant invoices and we expect to receive payment within the next two to three months.

    I signed up for swinton car insurance I expected to get £40 from quidco and £40 from swinton directly?

    It did not track properly so I submited a claim.

    Now I see the claim has suddenly been denied because I had not replied to quidcos request for further information? But I never received any request from quidco for more information, by email or otherwise?

    (It took me some time just to find why the claim had been denied. Clicking on it just took me back to the swinton cashback page. There was not message saying what more details you wanted, the only details you asked for were my address and postcode and the amount of the insurance policy which I gave.)

    Now what do I do. I can't work out any way to send a message to quidco about my declined claim except to submit as a new claim all over again which it says I'm not meant to do with swinton? Any effort to click on contact us on the quidco site just takes my round in circles and never seems to get to a "contact us" form?

    @captainblondechick - We do have to wait for 90 days before we can send claims off to Tesco Bank Life Insurance. The best thing for you to do is to use the contact form on our help page and select:

    Why hasn't my cashback claim updated to confirmed yet?

    We have just introduced a new process as well, which means that we will write to you once your claim is updated (hopefully approved!) to keep you informed and updated at all times.

    @tillycat123 - I agree, this IS taking a long time. AA's affiliate network assure us that they are working through these for AA and we are constantly chasing them up about it. Our Sales Director is also aware of the delay and he's on the case too. I really am sorry this is taking so long, as we had hoped this would have been sorted out a while ago now. Please don't think we're ignoring you as we will stick at this until we have a resolution for all customers concerned.

    @mnbvcxz - I've checked this for you and this should not have happened as we we're not waiting for information from you. There has clearly been an administrative error here, but we will process your claim for you now and you don't need to take an further action with this. I do apologise for any concern that this has caused. I cannot see how this happened. The messages are system generated for claims with incomplete information so I will look into this as a separate matter. Thanks for bringing it to my attention. As soon as we have an update from Swinton we will let you know.
