    Good morning,

@iduno86 – I cannot comment on other cashback sites or indeed networks, all I can tell you is that we have not received the payment from New Vista. I do realise it is frustrating and we will let you know as soon as we have received an update, but I’m afraid at the moment this is the only information we can provide.

    Rosie

Well other cashback sites are up to date with payments with old and the new vista, And as for the networks they use, They use the same one as you (webgains, and affiliatefuture before that) So why don't you ask these networks why they only delay on paying Quidco, While they are paying others without delay (just a thought)

    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
    Can anyone help me?
Fairly new to quidco - joined in nov 2010. In March 2011 I purchased sainsburys pet insurance and I am meant to get £50 cashback. It tracked no problem, but I have not been paid on it. Do I need to raise a claim or contact quidco about it? I dont mind waiting for the cashback, its just after reading the quidco FAQ it says if you leave it too long you will loose your cashback -which I really dont want to do!!!

    Thanks for any help.

    Good morning,

@Lorian – I will certainly pass your thanks on to Julie, and I’m glad you managed to get your cashback from Churchill in the end.

@flang – Not at all, all Monarch Holidays transactions will still be paid out; they have just ended their cashback programme with us for the time being. If you would like an update with this cashback, you just need to raise a support ticket with the Quidcare Team, by going to Help - "Why has my cashback not updated to confirmed yet?"

@mandz27 – A lot of people do get their cashback from 3 Mobile, despite all the bad reviews you may see! Generally 3 mobile do decline a lot of transactions initially, but we do always send these transactions back to 3 and they do typically approve the majority. However I must stress that cashback is not guaranteed, and we wouldn’t recommend making a purchase solely based on the cashback available.

@iduno86 – We are aware of this and it is something that we are investigating. I’m afraid I can only comment on the status of Quidco cashback, and at the moment we are speaking with the network to ensure these delayed payments are cleared up as quickly as possible.

    Kind regards,

    Rosie

Quidco rep, i am sure many people do get they're payouts from 3/quidco , which is why i am asking to hear from anyone with positive experiences as so far the reviews i have read on quidco (quidclan) are not so reassuring, I will be entering into a contract with 3 for a mobile phone (i have already selected which phone and tarriff suits my needs) so the cashback incentive isn't enticing me to go with 3 however it may be a factor in whether i go through quidco.

    Barmonkey thanks for your response

Good luck mandz, 3 are a strange one!!!!!!!!!

I would normally say buy and see if it tracks and if it doesn't track, simply cancel under "cooling off period" - should track very quickly, within hours in fact.

But, and it's a big BUT, 3 are a law unto themselves. You may well find it does track (as it rightly should) but later gets declined (very naughty). Obviously you are fully aware of this happening, hence your post. Even Quidco aren't shying away from 3 issues - very well known.

It's a gamble and only you can decide. I wouldn't touch 3 with a bargepole (via any cashback site), but that's just me. If you need the 3 contract more than the cashback, then you have nothing to lose and a big earner if it works.

If you do go ahead, please keep others informed of your experience.

Again, good luck - hope you get what you want and what is advertised.

    Take screenshots of everthing though.

Just a quick question for the reps. I have insurance and my policy is due for renewal. I have done quotes and the cheapest quote on an equal level of cover is with the same provider as a new customer so I'm not going to renew, but will instead take another policy with them again on the same day my current one ends.

My question is this. If I had cashback last year from this provider through Quidco, would me taking a new policy through Quidco again this year be considered 'abuse of the system'?

Any advice gratefully received as don't want to break any rules but genuinely don't know if this would be allowed or not?

    Thanks in advance

we all know top cash back is better, better top up rate too, got £11.11 for my first shop at tesco with £10 off at checkout online.

Move to the dark side. Too many bad stories with quidco in my opinion

It'll probably track but get declined as the insuance provider will see you as an existing customer.

I have a question for the reps. 2 days ago I went through quidco to book a klm flight. It hasn't tracked yet and I understand I have to wait 3 day before or I can submit it. This has happened to me before with other retailers but it has always been for a small amount so never really chased it up. Why does this happen i always click in the links on Quidco!
Something unexpected happened which made me smile and still continues to make me smile.

I am STILL waiting for my cashback for the L&G policies I purchased in Nov.
I have written (yet again) to Quidco, here is what I said:
"Can you please tell me when I am going to be paid for this? It is now nearly 8 months since I purchased these policies which is well outwith the average timescales stated.
I notice that the T&C's have been changed to state that cashbackers will not be eligible for the M&S voucher offered by L&G. Basically, now it states that you can have one or the other. I did receive the vouchers from L&G BUT this was NOT the case when I purchased back in November. The voucher offer was only mentioned when you clicked through to L&G via Quidco.
I hope this change in the T&C's will not jeopordise my cashback claim. I am really disappointed with the amount of hassle I've experienced over this. I've never had a problem with you before but I feel noone seems to really care about this.
If it's not going to be paid I'd rather you were honest and tell me!"

I'd appreciate any comments, particularly from the Quidco rep.
